The Neck Heating Wrap had a "bladder" rice leak. BioMed quickly
responded and replaced the Wrap. Excellent customer service.

I ordered my pillow on friday recieved it on monday and I am very pleased with it.

I own one and just purchased a few more. Love this most comfortable pillow, super great for long rides. I just used it for a (one way)18 hour, almost none stop drive to Florida. and used on the way home.. It kept my head from going down on my chest I had neck surgery about 6 months ago and searched out a few different makes. Some are so much they caused my cheeks to itch, irritating. This pillow is soft and comfy and holds my head in a great position. I am giving them for gifts, and also purchased an extra one for me for the other car. Love the carrying bag , For storage keeps it clean. A+A+A+A+. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoy all tree products. The long back heating pad is amazing as is the neck pillow....I love the lavender scented eye mask.

Perhaps the biggest advantage over the competition is the large size of the heat/cold surface.

It provides you with neck support so your head isn't bent at an awkward angle all night. If you have neck pain and headaches please buy this pillow! They are the best quality pillow I have ever purchased.

I cant wait to use this pillow when I take my trip in Sept...I got the leopard fleece cover and already love it....there was a mixup with my first order, but I sent the pillow back and Sharon made me the perfect one...she was so cooperative and helpful..

I recently bought the chiropractic neck pillow.

The good news: I'm tall, so I followed the sizing instructions to the letter. The pillow fits well and is much more comfortable than my previous high-end, conventional neck pillow. The insert provides extra support if your head sticks above the height of the seat head rest, like mine. I've used it on short flights and flights longer than 15 hours. I managed to sleep well with my head in a number of positions.

The bad news: So far, I've gotten snagged because of the support insert on 40% of the times that I've passed through TSA checkpoints. I haven't gotten a clear explanation about exactly why there is an issue, but it's clear that the blotch on the xray from the bag of rice is the problem. I haven't decided whether to abandon the pillow or try to figure out another support solution. I tried the pillow without the insert, but it doesn't have enough support if your head is above the seat head rest.

I got this for a friend for their birthday. They used to use mine ( I had a Bed Buddy got it from Walmart eons ago). I don't know if they will like it but I checked it out before I sent it. The design is good. I like the fact the. Beads stay in place more. In mine it doesn't I have to turn it this way and that. So when I saw that this one the beads pretty much stay put I was happy. It got here fast which I loved. Only downside is you guys need more selection with the cloth that goes over it. Like try NFL team logos or different patterns or designs. That is my only complaint.

I have already used this 3 times since I purchased it. If fits perfectly on your neck and shoulder, making it so easy to ice or heat while you're doing every day tasks.

Purchased for my husband he travels for work quite often & has arthritis in his neck. Hes used it & hasn't left home. He was reading in bed right after he received it & LOVES it. Came quickly which was great. I plan & will use BiomedDesign again for another travel pillow this time for my daughter. They're great to work with, they were helpful to me on this order. I asked for a certain print of material & they will be able to make the pillow with it. I'm so glad. Save your neck buy their travel pillows! I promise you won't be disappointed.

This was my third Sunshine Pillow purchase. All three are being enjoyed by both my husband and I for neck relief and support of back, legs and arms. Not necessarily their intended uses in each case, but very comforting. Better than any other types we've tried.

This neck/shoulder wrap is great! It stays on well because of the internal stitching which keeps the sections from grouping together. It heats nicely and retains heat for a good amount of time. Well made! I highly recommend!

I ordered one of the 4x24 lavender heating pads when the weather was cold and I needed some additional warmth for my neck. I was so delighted with it, that I ordered a 3x27 heating pad for even more warmth for the front of the neck as well. They were in continual use as the heat and lavender scent were so relaxing and comforting.
I was luck enough to have won the large neck pillows during the Seahawks contest and it is a joy as well. Full head support as I sit in the recliner and feels cozy as well.
And the customer service has been absolutely excellent. I am so glad to have found this company, both for the products and their service
