Oh, the tracking shows it was delivered today at 15:05:00 In/At Mailbox. Would you please check your mail box? It must be a delay for some reason. Normally, it takes only 2 days from the time we ship out till it reaches you in CO.

Exceptional product & attentive customer service
The company's chiropractic pillow is exceptional. (I sleep with it, as well as travel with it.) I was concerned that it was being used both privately (in my home) and publicly (on planes); so I phoned the company to see if a slip cover might be available. The representative told me they would make one. It arrived in one week. Such service! :-) I've recommended this company to many.

Heat Wrap
I have fibromialgia and have had cervical fusion... that being said, the heat (and cold) wrap I purchased, is better than any other wrap or pad that I have or have ever had. I was hesitant to pay the extra few dollars, but with 3 day delivery, insured delivery, essential oils infused and the extra long size, it was a great decision.

Thanks for your purchase of our lavender-scented extra long neck heat wrap. This one is heavier than others so it takes longer to heat up. How big is your microwave? You can microwave it for 2 minutes if you are using a 1100 watts microwave. You can also try to measure the temperature. It should be able to get to 145 degrees Fahrenheit safely.

Best Ever
After trying numerous ergonomic pillows to help alleviate neck and shoulder pain, this one is by far the best! I have been sleeping with it for about a week now and have had a significant reduction of neck pain, tension headaches, and shoulder pain. Thank you so much for a great product!

Large Neck/Back Pad
I love the BioMed neck/back pad I bought. The concentrated heat on my sore areas feels so good and relaxes my knots. I'm at work now and wish I had it on me while I'm sitting here at my desk because my neck and upper back are really sore and stiff from working on my keyboard all day.

Heating pad.
Was very excited about this heating pad. All you need is a microwave to warm it . I was hoping the heating pad would keep its warmth longer . Other than that , I like it.

No Heat
The person I ordered the products from was very nice and most cooperative. The products are very well made. However, they don't hold heat. They cool off in around 10 minutes & require microwaving again. We need a product that holds heat for at least 1/2 - 1 hour, so I've had to request that the products be returned.

A real "Customer Service" Company
I ordered the neck wrap after learning of the company through a radio advertisement. My wife had been looking for a similar item in all the local stores but came up empty. The website had the exact item she was looking for, I placed an order immediately. I received a confirmation email the next morning and received the wrap a few days later. Perfect in every respect!
