Tried to return some clothes and there is no delivery address available. I sent 5 emails before anyone responded and still wouldn't give me the returns address. Finally I received an email stating "you want to return the goods ,you should responsible for the shipping fee of returning. And the return address is in China, the shipping cost maybe much higher than the product value, so it is not a good choice to return. Do you think you can keep the items and we agree do 30% refund of the prodcuts? Can you accept this?" Absolute disgrace do not use this company IT IS A SCAM

My wife ordered 3 pieces from them, got them 2-3 weeks later. 2 of the pieces she’d ordered did not look like the photo & the quality was very poor.
She contacted them to return them & sent photos. They offered her to keep them & to refund 5% of her money! When we asked why we would lose 95% of our money when it’s their fault, they offered 20%! They said that the factory is in China & they would only refund us IF they get the products back & it would be better for us to get the 20%!
I hope I would help at least one person with my review. Save your hard earned money!

Got sucked into buying some jumpsuits…
Got sucked into buying some jumpsuits which in the pics looked great. On arrival, they are really cheap material, badly cut (looking like a sack of potatoes). On enquiring about returns, I have to pay £35 to return to China! Don't do it!

Steer Clear!
Ordered and received a jumpsuit from this company that looked awful - nothing wrong with the item, it just doesn't suit me. I sent 2 emails and 2 Facebook messages asking how I return the item for a refund....nothing. I noticed that they were very active on Facebook answering potential new customers queries, so I jumped on one of their replies and asked why they wouldn't reply, and they blocked me! Definitely not seeing my money again. A quick Google before my purchase would have told me all I needed to know 🤦🏻♀️
