Would give zero stars if possible. Poor quality clothing which looks nothing like the website photos. Company does not want to accept returns and will only supply return details if pushed, but then they don't process returned goods and ignore all attempts to make contact with them.

Ordered 2 items at the end of August, one came approximately 3 weeks after order placed(the quality wasn't wonderful) no sign of the other, eventually 2 weeks ago i chased up on the 2nd item and asked for an update, told I'd received it with the first, emailed back to say that it was still being prepared for despatch. Heard nothing back, emailed again this week to ask for my money back, which has happened, but avoid.

I ordered 4 items from this company in July 22 who advertised their clothing in pounds sterling so I thought I was dealing with a UK company. Three of the items were very poor quality and so I wanted to return them. This is when I found out that they were based China and they suggested that I keep the items and they give me 20% on my next order because of the cost of return - which I had to pay. I declined and received an address to return the items to. They warned me that I needed to keep tracking information as they would not refund unless I could prove they had received the items back so I ensured that I did this.

In October this year, I contacted again because I hadn't received my refund and they refunded me just £37.32 instead of £55.91 because they reduced £2 discount I received on my original order (OK with that) AND THEN THEY DEDUCTED £16.59 TO PAY FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING THE ORIGINAL ITEMS TO ME.

I have responded that they cannot do this and to refund me the full amount without any further delay so we'll see what happens!

Cute summer outfit. fabric is a little bit rough but that's ok for me. I'll keep it anyway cuz it's cute. If you're tight on budget but needs some new clothes for vacation, give it a try. Thinking about recommend to my girls.

I ordered 3 items (playsuits) they arrived to small, naturally contacted them to arrange a return as no returns label was sent with the items??

I was told that the size guide is there for a reason! I was being told off for the items being to small!

As if that’s not bad enough they continued to offer me a percentage of the amount for the value of the clothes if I kept them to sell on as it would be to costly to myself to send back!

I refused and continued to ask for a full refund

Eventually (15 days of messages back and forth) they agreed

Well long story short I sent the items back costing me a further £25, total spent £85 and absolutely nothing to show for it!

This company has now refused to refund me!

This company has appalling customer service! I bought three garments is a batch. Two items arrived damaged. And one didn't arrive until months later - also missing buttons. I contacted the company asking for a full refund. Despite their refund policy, they made getting a refund exceedingly difficult. They finally agreed , but I had to pay the cost for returning the items (over £20 so mad as hell!). Currently the items are stuck in Chinese customs(are they?) So company cannot refund until received? From start to finish all this has taken way too many months. Don't buy from. If you send out faulty good don't expect people to pay anything for them - reduced or in postage

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered two items and spent around £46 including postage. Lucky for me one of the items was out of stock and they actually gave me the money back for that! (£17). By the time my dress arrived a month after ordering I already knew what to expect! It is complete tat that some underpaid kid in a sweat shop has knocked up using a photograph as a guide. Having read all the reviews here I didn't expect to get anything back....... after saying I had looked up and postage to China would cost £11.50 they were so desperate for me NOT to send it that they finally agreed to give me 50% of the cost (£12).
Please do not buy from this company, the clothes are dreadful and it is exploiting people to make them. I was lucky to get £29 of my £46 outlay back but I doubt others will be.

The positive reviews for this Rip off company are false. They need to be shut down. Nothing like the photos, wrong sizes for the shoes and the clothes, the jumpsuit I paid for wasn't in the package. The quality of the clothes is not linen, it is cheap crap. They refused to give me a refund on paypal so by email I tried and they scammed the order form making it look like I hadn't ordered the jumpsuit. I didn't try to get a refund after that as It's a losing game.

If I could give a minus zero I would! Do not buy off this company rubbish quality poorly fitting clothing for midgets! Never sewn anything like it! Had a massive wrangle to even get a returns address off them .. the goods were £69 pound paod £23.50 to return them to china despite them originally being sent to me from Leicester! But they insisted the return had to be China.. been 3 months trying to get a refund eventually got a part refund no idea why that was after being reassured I woukd get a full refund once they had the items back .. not happened though!
Terrible experience .. unless you are ompromised with short arms and legs like weaing see through rough tacky clothing that sticks to your skin like static and want months of agro sending e-mails back and forth and still don't get a proper refund avoid this company like the plague!
Still havn't got even half my money back after months of wrangling and return postage costs! Diabolical!

I found this store on Facebook now it is one of my fav shop. Good customer service & definitely good items too. lots of flattering and cute dresses you can choose. Look nice but also be comfortable in it. Highly recommend.

ITS A SCAM .

I emailed for an address for return as the garments weren't fit for purpose. They send an address in Hong-Kong and offered 20% discount instead of a full refund .
(I spent £36)

I refused and they justified only refunding 20% by saying they had to pay their workers. No doubt a sweatshop.
Its disgraceful.

Trading standards should be involved. This site should be shut down.

How many more people are they going to rip off ?

They sell things at ridiculous prices and then off you 10 percent off.

Scam. What you receive is not what is in the photos, seams are raw and fraying. When you contact them they highlight high return postage costs to China and instead offer you a 10% discount and say keep the item. Who wants to still pay 90% for an unwearable item? They refuse to send me their address in China to return the item as out if principle I want to return the goods. I am also in talks with my credit card company to recover the cost as this is a blatant scam, wish I had seen these reviews before being sucked in. Equally disappointed with Facebook for allowing this scam on thier pages.

The website does not indicate that returns are to China. The customer service is awful, and they keep trying to persuade me to keep the items by offering various discounts. This company are a scam I bought 3 items off them and the quality was disgusting the shoes don't fit and the dress looks like a nightie ive tried to get in touch only to be offered a discount ive tried to return them and its gonna cost me over £20 pounds which I'm sure they knew that was gonna happen and now there ignoring my emails don't use this company SCAM

Not even a star. Avoid this shop. If you'd like to make a return, they'll push you to remain items. The shipping to China back is around £20, more than one month, and they ignore refunding your money.

Whatever you do don't order from this company. Don't make the mistake of falling for the lovely pictures on the Facebook adverts like I did. It take ages to arrive and the jumpsuit I ordered looked like a sack on me. It was no where near my size and I'm currently in a battle with them to try and get a refund. They have absolutely no clue on how to treat customers or of consumer law in terms of my rights to a refund if the item is unworn etc. Don't fall for it like I did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam! Ordered various items from them. Most of the clothes don’t have the size sewn in. On both T shirts delivered, they were sewn inside out. The sandals delivered, were at least 2 sizes too small ( they didn’t have the size in the sandals). So likely the wrong size posted. The jumpsuits ordered look nothing like the pictures (they sent me two of the same thing, even though I ordered two colours). Both jumpsuits stitching is gathered on 1 leg, poor quality material and poorly made. The dress ordered, stitching coming away on the pockets. Many emails with pictures and measurements…Refund offered for 30% on 1 T-shirt, 1 jumpsuit and dress (nothing for the other t shirt, jumpsuit or sandals) or post back at my own cost. Postage Calculated £35 as its just over 2 kilos. I have already consulted legal advice, if there is no resolution, I am making a formal complaint to trading standards!

This is a scam company. I ordered a jumpsuit that when it came was nothing like the picture, the material was an awful shiny nylon type fabric not the cotton as was advertised. The size was just ridiculous, I ordered a medium and got something the size of a 4 berth tent. I complained and was offered a paltry 10% refund and 20% off my next order. I explained to them that there was no way I would ever order from them again so they offered to combine the 20% with the 10% and refund me 30% which obviously I declined. They are an appalling company who are just out to rip people off. Do not order from them!!
