2000W Streetwize Pure Sine
I have a 2000W Streetwize Pure Sine Wave Inverter and had a query regarding whether I should add a fuse between the Battery and Inverter due to mixed advice from a FB Page I belong to. I contacted Streetwize Support via email and I had a response the next day from Amanda advising me that I did not need to add a fuse due to all the inbuilt safety features of the Inverter. However she said that if I wanted to she told me what fuse and size I needed. Excellent response time and advice from customer service. Thank you Amanda.

Two ton bottle jack that lifts the car…
Two ton bottle jack that lifts the car 4” can’t even get the wheel off the floor. Not real up to the job. Other bottle jacks I have used have a telescopic centre to get the height required to lift the wheel in the air but not this one.

Having purchased a power sprayer from a shop selling Streetwize products i found that a part was missing from the box, contacting Streetwize they got back to me quickly and resolved the issue sending a replacement out within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

A company not very interested in the planet....
Please just be aware that there is no interest in your product after the warranty period is up.
I have a heavy duty battery charger here which no longer works.
"Amanda" showed no interest at all in its repair.
The inference of her emails is that I must throw it away and buy another one which at £400 I have no intention of doing.

ps I have allocated two stars as amanda has at least been cooperative in returning emails and also the unit is easy to access.
(the emails I ahve had returned to me are non committal evasive and frankly not very helpful...... outside the warranty period. )

There is no way on this forum to reply to Charlotte's note (6th November) directly but I would suggest to her team that batteries do habitually fail and that is the first thing to replace in any queries regarding jumper starters in general.
Replacing the battery itself (perhaps ironically) is the first place to start and this company has been unable to supply that part.

Tracking 3 cars on a car event
I needed to find a way of tracking 3 veteran cars on the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run and purchased 3 Streetwize trackers to do the job.
Streetwize support were incredibly helpful in setting up an 'account' to enable me to track multiple units on one mobile phone. Prompt, efficient replies to my emails and the trackers worked perfectly.

I bought a water streetwize water feature from Kevin Blake of Camping online .. when it arrived two of the parts were miss. When I contacted him first he said LED light was built in.That is not true the he said don't do parts send it back and I will check it over then refund.... I sent an email to streetwize about this next morning I was emailed by Amanda from streetwize she arranged for the parts to be sent out no extra charge..This is one of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I would not hesitate to buy one of there products in the future. Thankyou Amanda for quick friendly professional response...

I contacted Streetwize Accessories early on the morning Thursday 19th September regarding an air tube replacement for my caravan awning.
By the afternoon the representative that I spoken to had identified the part told me that they had one in stock and put me through to their accounts department to finalise the purchasing of the part which has now been despatched and is on its way to me.
The representative was friendly courteous and knowledgeable of the products
Great customer service an enjoyable experience.
