I was given as a present a solar powered water feature from Streetwize and when I received it I noticed there was a small hair line crack under the bottom bowl which meant the water wouldn't hold. The rest of the product was absolutely stunning and perfect for my garden.
I messaged Streetwize and Amanda was absolutely excellent. She provided perfect customer service responding immediately and organising a replacement that arrived less than 24 hours later. She then kindly checked in and reassured me she was around if there would be any other problems. She is a true asset to your company.

I thought I'd broken it, but after an exchange of emails and a fuse change its working again.

Having bought a dehumidifier via BnQ marketplace, I'm happy to say that the product is fantastic.
I'd go far as to say their support team (shout out Amy) were even better. The delivery was made via DPD - the driver was dreadful and failed to deliver twice, must have been a Christmas temp driver but the Streetwize team were wonderful. Can't say the same for either DPD or BnQ support, both of which for some reason wanted to argue, wonderful job guys, thank you so much.

My portable spin dryer lost one of its rubber feet in a house move and so couldn't be used. I emailed the accessories team to see if I could get a replacement. My email was responded to within minutes to check exact make/model and a solution found in under an hour. I had lost the charging cable for my jumpstarter but wasn't sure which one on the website to buy. I emailed on a Sunday evening and had a reply asking for more details by 8.30am on Monday. The charger was with me by Wednesday! Brilliant service!
Everyone was so helpful and efficient. Even the courier company they used delivered within the window I was sent. Well done all!

Edit...I contacted Argos, they initially told me to contact Streetwize who had already told me to contact Argos 🤷♀️ Argos said streetwize wanted phitos. I told Argos that they already had my photos. I also stated that the mechanics of the unit were working fine and i was amenable to having a partial refund to buy materials that i could use to rectify the problem (specialist paint or enamel etc) Nobody was being sensible and they just arranged for a new one to be sent and the old one picked up. This happened yesterday and i got the new unit set up. This morning i noticed the pump was running dry so i refilled the unit and noticed that the water at one point wasnt reaching the next bowl properly and so the water feature was emptying itself! Another design fault in an expensive item. I absolutely cannot be bothered going through the whole rigmarole again for another replacement so ive put some tape under it for now and will have to figure out what material i can best use to extend the spout by a few cm to fix the problem permanently, because I'm assuming if I replaced it the next one would have another issue! I can not recommend this product.
I Bought a beautiful Streetwize brand aegean blue solar water feature with solar lights. It was gorgeous and worked beautifully but I've just noticed the paint peeling off in the water troughs and it's only 2 months old. I contacted streetwize to see if this was a common problem or if it had been reported by others and was told that no one else had reported this issue and I should contact argos who I purchased it from for a return and refund. I am going through that process now but am really sad that this beautiful expensive item (retails between £135-£189) it looking so shabby after just 2 months.

I needed a pull handle for my 50 litre water container. After searching and not being able to source one. I emailed streetwize support. I had an email the following morning advising that streetwize could get one to me. I paid over the phone and handle was with me in a couple of days. Very happy and customer service was excellent.

Shocking if could give it no stars i would had an order through strudio Streetwize Solar Bucket Fountain the box was badly damaged and the bird was missing you put the top of the fountain I emailed them after they was not not answering to studio over a week now been fighting for this to be picked up i sent photos of how bad the box was and they wanted a photo of the missing bird .This has stressed me out so much over the last 2 weeks .
