Had a issue with reversing sensor Amanda sorted it by sending me a replacement which amazon lost when I contacted Amanda about this she sent another one next day delivery would have no hesitation in ordering from streetwize in the future

Replacement awning pump attachment
Needed a replacement pump attachment as lost the original & couldn't blow my Aldi awning up, got some attachments but they didn't fit, Aldi couldn't help but gave me contact details for Streetwize. I emailed them Monday 14.50pm & got a reply Tuesday 6.58am, Joe was very helpful & sent the part out FOC, got the part a couple of days later. Excellent customer service

Needed a replacement part and spoke to Amanda who said the part would be sent out to me for a charge AND a postage charge she then said she would send out free of charge if I left a trust pilot review specifically stating her name. Seems awfully deceiving now seeing the other reviews. I left 2 stars seen as I did actually receive my part.

Very impressed with the team
I needed some replacement poles after our awning suffered damage from the wind. Initially J indicated that he would come back to be in a few days time as he was on holiday (which really is exception customer service; responding to e mails from holiday!), however A took my request on board and supplied a price with details of how to progress. After paying for the items I received an e mail indicating they were being despatched and I now await delivery. Streewize offered an excellent. quick service and have kept me informed of progress throughout. I am very impressed with Streetwize and their support team.
My poles arrived (a little over 24 hours after despatch) another * to add if it went up to 6.

Replacement parts required
I contacted Streetwize accessories as I needed replacement rubber/foam rings for the lights on my solar powered water feature. I rang Streetwize and spoke to Amanda. The parts for my water feature were out of stock but she offered to send, free of charge some replacements they had from another unit, These arrived within two days and fitted perfectly. Excellent service

Brilliant Service
I needed a replacement lance for my sprayer, emailed Streetwize and Amanda replied very promptly. Unfortunately parts for my sprayer are no longer available, but Amanda offered to send, FOC, another lance for me to try. It was despatched the same day! So hats off to Amanda and Streetwize for a brilliant service.

Streetwize LW642 spin drier…
I bought a Streetwize LW642 spin drier for a holiday chalet for wetsuits, swimmers etc etc. It is brilliant. I lost a part so contacted Streetwize for a replacement. I was amazed by the friendly helpful personnel (Amanda), and the speed with which the part was dispatched (the same day). And - no charge!! Just amazing customer focus!!! 5 stars is not enough!!

Excellent customer service!
Had an issue with a sprayer expecting to be a worn part, emailed Streetwize over the weekend and Monday morning Joe the Ops Manager emailed me back and the problem was dealt within a couple of days and far exceeded expectations.
Customer service was the best I have encountered for a long time, so refreshing! Well done all at Streetwize and Joe deserves a good pat on the back, Lee

Please find a safer way for payment that is not by phone call
I contacted them regarding a spare part and they offered to send me the spare part, but I have to pay for the postage fee. Oddly, the accounts team called me to ask for card details for the shipping fee and there was no other option (website, online payment) possible to pay. I had given them my card number, expiry date and cvv number through phone (not a wise idea, but I really needed the spare part). The payment went through all fine, and I did receive the spare part I wanted. The customer service is great, but Streetwize Accessories should find another way to safely ask for payment that does not involve a person knowing the card details.

Absolutely exceptional customer service.
I had a problem with a power sprayer. Sent email to customer support on the evening and by very early morning the next day they had replied. They supplied replacement parts which arrived the very next day. I would give more than 10/10 if I could. Joe was very helpful and got my problem sorted immediately .

Brilliant!! Amazing Customer Service
Brilliant!!! I purchased 2 sphere water features from Argos and one of the led lights had stopped working. So I contacted customer services via email. They replied straight away and dealt with organising a replacement so quickly. I received the replacement LED light this morning and have fitted it. They have all been amazing Chris Heaton, Andy and Joseph I can’t thank you enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
