Cheaper price than original supplier
Cheaper price than original supplier. My only issue was the cost of delivery to Northern Ireland. It was £25 either for single item or multiple. I bought items that I didn't need now but got for future use and that's why I gave 3 stars. I ended up having to send it to a relative in mainland who is coming to visit later in the year. I will give an update on contents when I receive the parcel.
In saying that, the delivery was good, 2 days and kept well informed by shop and FedEx.

I asked for a lever on the widget off…
I asked for a lever on the widget off my stove. They identified the stove brand from a photograph, worked out, which replacement lever and bolt I required and had it in the post within 24 hours. Fantastic, and very friendly, service.

Stove Supermarket are one of the best companys I've every used online - and I buy lots online.
Helpful, prompt friendly communication, quality stove components, very competitive price, any problem (not their fault - carrier damage) instantly sorted out, next day postage at no extra cost. Shout out to Rich who the company should be proud of for his exemplary customer service. All round, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Stove is as good as new. Will definitely be using in the future. Very highly recommended.
