Great staff attitude and prices
After being let down by another supplier I found a suitable replacement at Stories. I decided to call them directly and the staff were very helpful. They told me to complete the sample order online and then confirmed it would be posted immediately. Unfortunately by the time Amazon delivered it my wife and I had found another product from a local supplier.
I would recommend Stories to family and friends the price quoted and staff attitude was very good.

Thanks for the feedback. We do send our samples out next day delivery on Amazon with a near 90% next day delivery rate. Occasionally one bounces by a day which can be frustrating. I can see yours took 2 days so please accept our apologies.

I purchased flooring from stories 18 months ago , after recently having had an extension built I wanted further matching flooring . The online site would not let me order what I required as it was below the minimum order . After contacting stories direct they arranged a smaller order with no issue whatsoever.
Great customer service and great product , would highly recommend them

Update. Samples have arrived, fab packaging, felt expensive. But disappointed didn't arrive on requested day, and while I left it a bit late to order, it definiteky feels too rushed to decide to take advantage of great sale price in 24hrs in which time I am sleeping and working lol. So going to wait for next sale drive.
