Lazy and impersonal delivery driver made my partner carry 7 packs of engineered wood flooring through the house in 30 degree heat without offering to help. Then, when it was all nicely stacked in the house asked if he could take a picture to evidence the delivery.

Apologies. Our deliveries are kerbside drops and not a carry in service. We do put this on our site and also email this to customers prior to the delivery day so they are aware. We spoke to you on the morning delivery and you asked us to leave outside so we will investigate with the local depot as to why they required a photo of the floor indoors as they should simply take the image at kerbside and leave.

Great prices and customer service
I ordered some engineered wood flooring. When it arrived I wasn’t happy with the colour. Stories flooring were fantastic. They gave me some alternatives to choose from. Arranged collection of the flooring I no longer wanted and swapped it over for the new flooring. Customer Service was fantastic, in particular Chris. Pricing was great and I am really happy with my floor. Highly recommend.

The company is very good
The company is very good, the only problem was the delivery the delivery driver left the crate behind I have no means of getting rid its a blue crate you not supposed to dump them thought it was abit of a cheek.

Great staff attitude and prices
After being let down by another supplier I found a suitable replacement at Stories. I decided to call them directly and the staff were very helpful. They told me to complete the sample order online and then confirmed it would be posted immediately. Unfortunately by the time Amazon delivered it my wife and I had found another product from a local supplier.
I would recommend Stories to family and friends the price quoted and staff attitude was very good.

Thanks for the feedback. We do send our samples out next day delivery on Amazon with a near 90% next day delivery rate. Occasionally one bounces by a day which can be frustrating. I can see yours took 2 days so please accept our apologies.

I purchased flooring from stories 18 months ago , after recently having had an extension built I wanted further matching flooring . The online site would not let me order what I required as it was below the minimum order . After contacting stories direct they arranged a smaller order with no issue whatsoever.
