After seeing someone of these reviews I was worried that my display would come faulty but all turned out well.
I got the Kamvas 22 Plus, a mini key dial and some nibs. My order was shipped in 2 days and delivery to Greece took about a week.
The display itself was great, well packaged and works flawlessly.
I have been drawing digitally for about five years now. My first tablet was also from Huion, I believe it was the NEW 1060 Plus. I needed a new one because I ruined the Pen of my old one somehow (that happened three years ago, it was still drawing but when hovering the Pen over the tablet it still drew sometimes) and I wished for a wireless tablet. So I had bought the Pen Tablet Dial Q630m and am currently very satisfied with it (and since I am a student I got a small discount!!). The only issue I had was that the Pen it came with wasn't sensitive at all and needed a lot of force to start drawing. Thankfully the Huion customer support is amazing, they helped me out a lot and sent me a new one. I am very glad to have bought the tablet! I love the dial and it has a nice surface to work with. Huion really is great!
My drawing tablet was damaged in shipping, and Huion actually both responded quickly and dispatched a replacement tablet in record time. Loc on the customer support team was thorough and prompt in their responses.
I've genuinely never expected replacement service to be that good. They honored the warranty and they did it at "Amazon" speeds. Wow.
This is one of the best wireless macro pads for the price hands down. I wanted to over write over some more complicated macros on factory default settings and they were able to help me every day 1 email a day. Very supportive. This macro pad is super customizable. I was debating between this and stream deck. I am soo glad I went with Huion. And best part is, it works on every software. I use it for many of my other software and works like a charm. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and responsive. The wheel is customizable as well for zoom, scroll and 1 more feature. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased a Kanvas 22 Plus to replace my aged pen tablet that I use to create my digital art. I was excited to begin work on a larger surface. The tablet I received from Huion has never worked. The customer service is very slow and I have been waiting for more than two weeks for a solution. I wrote and requested a return and refund but I was was denied even though I made my request within the 10 day period Huion required.There are many posts on the internet from Huion tablet purchasers reporting problems similar to mine. I am sorry I did not search before buying. It is now clear to me that Huion has a quality problem and lacks the customer service capability to support what they sell. Huion refurbished products are available from many online stores so obviously many tablets needed repair. Every Huion customer service email I received apologized for their slow service saying that it is because they have so many service tickets. Maybe it is because they have made so many tablets with problems. I was hoping for a new creative boost from my purchase of a Huion tablet. Instead I have a new problem and reason to worry. Huion has my money and I do not have the budget to go out and buy a tablet from a different company. This experience has had a negative effect on my creative output.

Pretty ok, I would more stars, but pen isnt working well with browser- i cannot copy text from a browser, super annoying. beside of this tablet works very well, thousand times better than wacom. price is decent for the quality, also other friend uses huion and he recommended me it, i m happy with it, usually i use it with ps, ai, krita. as drawing tablet is perfect, but when my mouse broke and i wanted to use it totally in replacement then some shortcuts weren't working in da vinci resolve- movies post production software, idk though if it's tablet or software fault. i use kamvas 16
uPDATE: I took away points for making usb c opening only for very slim one, so not every usb c cable can connect, only slim one, you find nowhere,probably to sell more huion products, shame onyou greedy bastrds, i found this on their web: ' Note: The USB-C to USB-C cable in this instruction specifically refers to the Huion USB-C to USB-C cable. Please purchase the cable through official channels as it is customized and cables from unknown sources may not be usable with the device.' YOU ARE GREEDY RUBBISH' WHERE DO I FIND A CABLE IMMEDIATELY, I AHVE TO ORDER AND WAIT AND CANNOT WORK, BURN IN HELL! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN

I had accidentally bought two of the same tablet without realizing, and only realized it after I noticed that the amount taken from my bank was double! I quickly contacted support via the phone and I got connected with Orliza. During the call, my order status went to shipped by thankfully she was able to intercept it! About half an hour after the call, she emailed me and informed me that I will be sent only the one tablet I wanted, and that I'd be getting a partial refund for the second tablet I accidentally ordered. Now I only have to wait for the refund and tablet, but still!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Bought a kamvas 22 for my art, spent what little money I had on it excited for the new bit of tech. The company sent me a faulty one, could not get it to connect to anything so I reached out for help. Only to be told after a 4 day wait that I should do what I've already been doing. What a waste!
I then started to ploy for a refund. They sent me a faulty one should be simple I thought. No! It took over a week to get any start of a refund process, once the ticket I submitted just vanished without any response.
Then came the real blow. They want ME to pay ove £30 shipping for something that's in the same country as me!!! They want to take more money from me before I'm even given my refund!!
Plus they are now stating that if they find no issue once returned I will be charged a 8% restocking fee. In total they'd be taking £71 from my refund???? For what reason?? I was sent a faulty product, expected to return it and still give them money?
Absolutely unacceptable, from the customer service to the expectation that I'd be the one to pay for their faults??? Would never use again. Having to get trading standards and other higher ups involved now to get my money back.
Avoid at all costs if you don't want to find yourself lining the pockets of these scammers.

My tablet was stuttering every few seconds. A nice person named Jane helped me resolve it. There was a background service that was causing the issue. I never would have guessed it, so this was a very effective resolution to my issue.
When I got my kamvas 13, the pen seemed to glitch a little. It was not a huge problem but I decided to contact the support, to find out if I had to change settings in my software. I did not expect to get a response that quickly. Together we found out, It was actually a hardware problem and they send me a new pen, just like that. It was very quick in my mail and it works perfectly fine.
I am very satisfied. Glad to know I have a reliable contact, if I ever have any issues again. Thank you!
I purchased the huion kamvas studio 16 and after a year the touch screen started having issues. But I emailed Huion, and even though my worrenty had expired, they were still willing to exchange the tablet for a new one, which did not take long. Very good customer support for a great, although not perfect line of products! 👍👍👍

I recently purchased a Huion Kamvas 16 (2021) and was extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. After using it just once, I decided it wasn't the right fit for me and attempted to return it. However, Huion's customer service has been extremely slow to respond to my inquiries.
On top of that, they informed me that I would need to pay around £60 for the return shipping, even though I barely used the product.
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of support and unreasonable return costs. I would not recommend purchasing from Huion based on my experience. Iam now going to attempt to sell this product by other means, they dont even cover packaging cost for me which would be also an extra 50 pounds UNSIGNED. Its a joke honestly.
