I ordered a Kamvas 22 plus but had some tax issues (Dutch tax policy for small business) so i waited to unpack although i really wanted to work with it (since i was afraid i had to send it back). The person of the helpdesk helped me out with my tax issues so now i can finally unpack and start working with it 👍🏻

I recently had to replace my graphics tablet, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The process was simple and straightforward. The support team responded pretty fast to my inquiries and provided clear, helpful instructions.
I hada problem with my tablet glitching, thay helped me get a new one with the warranty, I'm still waiting for it to arrive but I'm hopeful it will.
I've sent my Kanvas 24 for warranty due to a malfunction (it had 9 months of use)
It's been more than two months and i have no feedback. Tried to contact them several times, but no replies.
Avoid this website and just buy from the main Huion website.
(EDIT: after a few phone calls the matter eventually got resolved, but what was written above is still true, but i'm raising the rate from 1 to 3)

I bought a Kanvas 16, and it was the most I’ve spent on a drawing tablet. However, it had a problem with the screen where there was a yellow mark. I haven’t had it long, so I wanted to get it replaced. BUT if I had known how poor their customer service was, I wouldn’t have bought it. I don’t intend to get another product from them again; to Wacom I go in the future.
I opened a ticket, which required a separate account from their main website—odd. Then, getting a response from them was slow; a turtle would look quick in comparison. At this point, I have been going back and forth with useless customer support for 11 days (madness) and still not resolved
In comparison, I have a Shark product that needed to be replaced, and it was easy and quick; I got a new one sent straight away. Maybe I expected all companies to be at that level, but I was sorely mistaken.
I provided pictures and videos and explained my frustration, and was met with indifference. It also appears that this company sells products up to £1000 and only has about three customer support agents for the entire customer base. I had Jane Chen, and all this goes to show that this company doesn’t care about the customer. Do yourself a favor and go with Wacom instead. Could you imagine buying a product and having to wait three weeks to potentially solve the problem? Ouch.
TLDR: Time wasted with customer support; terrible—look elsewhere!

Finally getting a response, only for them to demand a £30 delivery fee to their UK warehouse, and they want it in USD? What?
"We will process the replacement unit, which usually takes 2 business days. The transit time will typically take 7-20 business days, depending on which warehouse it is from. I will make sure to update you with the tracking information or estimated delivery date when it becomes available."
What an absolute joke. At worst, it will be a month wait to get the new one. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THE EXORBITANT DELIVERY FEE. YOU SHOULD COVER IT, AND I HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH? WHAT THE...?? MAD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. What is this company playing at? Is this a sick joke to you?

I bought a Kanvas pro 13, and after a while the digital pen stopped working, the support team assisted me amazingly and sent me a new pen at no cost very fast. Huion products are very good, but when you have a support post-sale team like they have, makes you even happier with the decision to use Huion products, post-sale for me at least, is the most important and they are 10 of 10 in this matter. Been over a week and my order still has not shipped.
I've tried reaching out to them with no luck.
They promise fast shipping which is just a blatant lie at this point. I even paid extra for expedite shipping but why does that matter when the company doesn't even ship the order... Really sad

Customer service handled this really well. They partially refunded my order for the inconvenience and explained the situation. Very satisfied once everything got settled

My tablet broke, I tried reinstalling drivers, changing cords and many other things. I filled out a ticket but the website wouldn’t let me login to view it, I emailed support and Jane got back to me fast with a replacement. Jane deserves a raise 🫡

There was a shipping issue with my order, but after contacting customer service (Esther) it was resolved with a replacement sent very quickly.
I contacted Huion Support through Skype and a ticket. I was contacted back on Skype, they were able to pull up my ticket, and with a few questions and instructions were able to diagnose the issues I was having and correct them in a timely manner.

Solved the problem i had on my kamvas 22 plus, very fast and always being very helpfull.
Overall fantastic support. Reached out to see if they will honor a promotion I missed my a few hours and despite the holiday. They shipped the free promotion item separately and didn't charge any shipping despite the two packages arriving separately.
