Purchased Kamvas 16 online. Thinking that I get better service directly from Official Huion Store instead of amazon. I chose expedite, it's been a week since I receive email of shipment. Package not moving at all. No follow up emails.
I would like to emphasize that it has been paid already. It will give you anxiety and panic attack thinking this may be a scam.
If it's a peak season, the more customers deserve to be informed. Send updates, Communicate, Send out information emails about delays, give assurance. I receive Nothing.

Was giving a Huion pro 16 (2.5k) recently and I’m so pleased with the tablet, everything you could want from a drawing tablet all for a reasonable price. Furthermore, I had an issue with something software side, reported a ticket as no explanation or a fix on the forums and Huion customer service responded as soon as they opened, the representative Jane immediately fixed the issue within one email. I’m so pleased with the speed and efficiency of the customer service and the tablet.

Really quick response and my issues were resolved quickly too! Very nice and helpful staff :)

Received support on a 5 year old device! I have a really old h610 I was unable to connect with my Macbook air m3. They promptly troubleshooted the issue and resolved it. The device is still working even after so many years which is a testament to the quality of the device.

The company’s service is absolutely wonderful! So patient and understanding! They replied to my messages really quickly and always with such kindness. Their English is amazing, which made everything even smoother. Truly a delightful experience dealing with them!

I had made a mistake at the moment of the purchase and selected the 'Pink' instead of the 'Black' Kamvas 13 (GEN3). I contacted the client service right away and within a day JANE reached back to me and successfully managed to swap the tablets, getting me the one with the desired color. Her assistance was highly valuable and she was extremely friendly.

i am left handed and they helped me get a tablet that actually works for me, i asked about two specific models and they explained to me with diagrams how they would not work left handed, and with their help i narrowly avoided buying a product that wouldn't work for me and was able to make a choice. i bought a huion kamvas 13 3rd gen in the end. (JANE HELPED ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THANK YOU JANE)

I ordered a Huion Inspiroy H610X, there was a problem with it being out of stock, I still received it within the time range they said of 7-15 days even with this delay.

They have a great support that cleared up any misunderstandings I had on the delivery, and when I finally received my drawing tablet it was very smooth and neatly packaged (Ps, download the drivers for your drawing tablet on your pc, its worth it)

I have ordered Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) with expedited shipping and when not receiving it after more than a week, I contacted support. They were very helpful and followed delivery until I received it. They made sure that their customer is satisfied. Great work, support team!

My Kamvas Pro 16 had a hardware problem. Fortunately, it was covered by warranty and after a quick diagnostic Jane was able to get a brand new replacement sent without any fuss.

I first received my Huion Kamvas 22 plus October 18th 2023. Recently my screen got messed up, I’m still not sure how or why it happened. But not only was the customer service outstanding, they also sent me a brand new 22 plus to replace it. It shipped out very quickly and was at my door in under a week. I’ll always stick with this brand! I highly recommend!!

My Huion kamvas 16 pro +4k is very good quality maid product. Being new to digital art. I had difficulty setting it up. I reached out to the customer support. After 100's email back and forth. The customer support team helped me resolve my issue. They are the best!

Product works great. Support was able to provide an invoice fast. No issues.

My Kamvas Pro 24 (4k) is great. Bigger than I thought and a bit heavy but nothing bad. I have space to do my drawing and painting, it just works very well. Haven't had a problem with it nor with customer service.

I had a problem with my cursor since it wouldn't show on my phone, then my working area was too small but all of that was fixed thanks to Huion's service and help!

I want to thank Jane for an incredible work, had a problem and I was struggling with it for weeks, unable to find a solution myself. She not only found a perfect solution so I could use my tablet again, but also answered very quickly. Absolutely wonderful job.
