From buying to delivery the service has been great , the product I have are fab . I have the cutting table the Saunton cabinet and a small double tower and they are brilliant

Was kept in the loop regarding delivery and what boxes we needed, delivery took about six weeks but considering the units are made in house that time frame is good and the delivery driver was helpful and pleasant. Would buy from Storage4crafts again. The storage unit ordered is well made, was easy to put together but most of all robust.

I was expecting my unit to be already built but it came flat packed which I had to pay someone to build it for me as I am in a wheelchair with M.S.
I was very dissapointed but once it was built I am pleased with the unit

The quality of the products are very good. The logistics on the other hand isn't. Out of three orders two have been incomplete on arrival.

In my opinion the service and products from Storage4Crafts are superb. I now have purchased 19 units and am thrilled with every one. The advantage of being able to choose the types of wood being great. For the recent Instow 100 I chose cashmere and it matches the kitchen a treat and holds the tablecloths and placemats. It also holds the pet medication. Another unit sits by the TV table in the lounge and matches the other wood furniture. The sewing rooms hold the rest and are brilliant, they look just as good now as when they were first purchased. Delivery, service and quality make me keep coming back for more. When the Lundy came out I couldn’t believe just how useful it was and would not want to. be without it. Keep watching Storage4Crafts on Hobbymaker to see the new versions, you will not be sorry.

It was the wrong information with my item which made it very hard to start with until we realised and went on line to get the right information to put it together

Arrived on time. Very polite. Worked cleanly, not stopping, removed all packaging, I was overwhelmed with the quality of the unit!

I found the whole experience friendly, quick and efficient. The White Glove Service was first class.

Contact is good. Replies to emails were speedy and helpful. Would have been five stars except that the last of my three orders did not get dispatched and when it arrived the pickling list was wrong so I have to wait for replacements before constructing

Very happy with Storage4Craft product. I'd booked White Glove Delivery Service but item was delivered ready made so speedy delivery. Arrived within 30 mins of the estimated time, great service. Unit looks good and very sturdy. Has 6 castors to help spread weight of stored items. Very happy.

My order was delivered on date agreed. It was built and placed where I wanted by a very pleasant member of the team. He removed all packaging and left me tidy and ready to fill my new storage for crafts. This is my 10th s4c product. Lovely firm to deal with.

The STORAGE 4 CRAFTS Company is EXCELLENT and the CUSTOMER SUPPORT was without doubt second to none when I got into trouble assembling (my fault) the unit.

As with all previous units easy to make up very useful for storing large cones of embroidery thread . Great service as always
