My entire shopping experience was seamless.
My entire shopping experience was online and Iselda was invaluable. She answered all of my questions promptly, helped facilitate purchasing extra samples, and followed up appropriately when needed. The only small issue I had was with the delivery. The delivery person just left the tiles in a random spot in my apartment building and I wish he had communicated a little more so they could have been left in a place that was not in the way.
