Everything for great! My stylist did a wonderful job picking things out that look great on me, but I would have never thought to pick on my own!

Easy returns and good customer service

I think most of what they send is good quality. My “ assistant” picked out some nice tops that I really liked. I’m Just not into shopping that much in the stores anymore/ so as long as there are 5 pieces I like ( out of 8) and I get the 25% off, I feel Prices are reasonable. If o don’t like 5, than I really have to love!! The piece to just buy one or two items. So overall , I like how their system works.

I like the items he selected. The sandals were a bit out of season but I DID like them!

I love their policies, free returns and all.
I wish my stylist could see what I star, that I like. She could just send me those items. My October box had white crochet, not at all fall colors. I'm getting frustrated after all this time & notes to my stylist I'm still getting pants that are way to long for the inseam I requested & odd pieces that I don't like. The last fix i received I sent all but 1 piece back.

I received several very nice pieces that I kept. My stylist was able to find pieces I asked for.

Great quality and attention to detail

I’m not sure why but I have written several times that there are problems, with styling and seasonality. I do not do social media so if that’s what is used to determine your likes etc it’s not for me.
Clothing that I have kept has been good quality.

I Love all the clothes, they fit perfect and the stylists know my taste in clothes, I am never disappointed.

3day return policy is stressful.

I have only had one box so far, I kept two pieces out of five. It’s nice because I don’t have to actually go shopping.

Pant sizing is terrible

This was my first order. The entire process was easy and quick. The quality of the clothes was surprising. I will be continuing.

I appreciate the fast response. I have purchased more than 25 fixes. I just need to be careful. I need a break. Prices are getting higher and I’m not retired. I don’t have the money to spend like I want on clothes

Every item I received in my fix was exactly what I asked for. I was pleasantly surprised with my box of outfits!! Beautiful clothes and excellent quality.

The shirt was more like a jacket(too heavy) the pants were a weird fit and I didn’t order any short sleeve anything.

Pleasantly surprised …again. Each time I order a “fix” i get nervous by the preview and convince myself I wont like the items. But when it arrives, everything fits, is flattering and is my “style”. I have ordered boxes for a few years and gave returned 2-3 items total!

The process of ordering and reviewing items and returning items is very clear and simple. I love the stylists. I do thnk they use the same general manufactorers of clothing so sometimes not a diverse set of clothing. But overall a VERY helpful and easy way to shop from home.

This was my first time ordering from Stitch Fix so I wasn't sure what to expect. My order arrived sooner than expected (within a couple days of ordering) and I just knew something wasn't going to fit or be way outside of the style I was looking for, but I loved EVERY piece. Everything fit perfectly and was great quality! I wanted to keep them all but did return 1 item to save a few dollars. The return was super easy with the included return packaging and shipping label. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience and can't wait for my next Fix!
