Loved all of it

Some selections are good but some pieces are far from what I requested. I would prefer to like all pieces and achieve the discount. Quality of pieces is average for tops, bottoms are better finds.

Everything that was sent was great quality and fit very well. The variety of options sent was surprising. I cannot wait forever r the next box

So far so good. About the items, they were pretty even though I'm not the biggest stripes fan especially horizontal stripes. I really like the boots the jeans were nice I haven't owned a pair of jeans in at least a decade. I like the surprises too so I'll keep doing it for now. Shipping was very fast. The quality was decent.

I feel 90% of the time the stylist know my style and consider my profile settings. I love that I can choose when to get my fix. Being able to pause my fix without a financial obligation is very helpful. I also appreciate the discount when I keep 5 of the items. It’s like getting one of the pieces for free!

I liked all 5 pieces in my box. They seemed to have been selected from the information I'd given. The order came quickly.

Everything I’ve wanted in a stylist so far

The mix of different items with the stylist, the fit, the ease of returning, just an all around great expericence

The product is nice. I like the clothes the fit is good. The problem is the customer service. I’m a senior on a fixed income. I cannot pay the whole payment at once. Could not get anybody to call me back and they took the whole payment out of my check, which left me no money for food. There has to be a better way to contact customer service.

It was a pretty easy process. I hope to see more on target choices from the stylist as I provide more feedback.

Look, I tried stitch fix before when my budget for clothing was zero. They didn’t have budget items for me at the time however, I really liked the clothing options that they gave me at the time, I just couldn’t afford them. Fast forward half a decade now, and it’s a different situation so I decided to give them another try and I’m very very pleased with the quality of clothing and selection that they have been offering me.

I am ordering primarily business, professional, clothing, and “casual“ work appropriate attire. I don’t have time to shop and the service has been really just a lifesaver recently.

Stitch Fix always takes care of any issues I have with an order. Returns are simple and exchanges are super quick! Great customer service!

I was impressed with the choices that were sent. They were pieces that I enjoy, but would not have picked out for myself. The fix and quality of the items was great as well.

Lots of great options and season appropriate clothes. Excellent packaging and helpful return policy. Just a bit pricey for my tax bracket

Love the jeans! Most comfortable ever! Disappointed with this last order cause a mailing label wasn’t included so it was a pain to return. Had to go somewhere to get a label printed first and then go to post office.

The clothes that was sent and the returns of what I did not keep was easy.
