Driver called to ask instruction very polite put skip exactly where I wanted great service

Fantastic, really friendly staff. Easy to book and the driver was really helpful too. Would definitely recommend using this service.

Ordered a skip, giving over a weeks notice, to be delivered on a Saturday. I waited in all day and it didn't turn up. Tried the so called customer helpline and spent over three quarters of an hour on hold before being cut off. As a direct result of this the builders I had in have had to leave tonnes of rubble piled up in the garden for want of a skip.

Driver dropped skip without waiting for answer to door when knocked(under 30sec) , skip was further away than wanted therefor had to hand ball and carry waste, rather that just shovelling it straight in, emailed about it and got no response.

Would not recommend. Not someone to leave a review but the experience has been really poor.

Stevenson Skip hire is like a company owned by a company, owned by a company with Stevenson owned by Circle Waste, Owned by Waste Hire Services. All who know relatively little about further info in the business beyond their own areas.

Booked an 8 yard skip yesterday for £280. Was called to be told its a pricing error. Went back onto the website and could still book the skip again for this price.

Confused I rang the number back as no number left for me. This went on to a switchboard. Got transferred incorrectly twice. Then eventually spoke to someone who I thought was the right area. Got told I was being transferred to Riccardo and then got hung up on.

I then rang back to the same area Circle Waste Management and then was on hold for an hour before I eventually gave up.

Sam managed to get through to me the next day and explained this to him with very little sympathy being recieved. I was only offered a refund which at this point I took.

Then to find it was cancelled by yourselves without a conversation to me.
Then when I called to re book for the next available day on your website which was Wednesday your college told me Wednesday was not possible even though the website said it was which means if I didn't call I would of went through this again. I am confused why I didn't get an email saying the skip cant be delivered Monday as requested is Tuesday or Wednesday acceptable rather than just cancelling it and now I am waiting til Saturday for it to arrive and I am now worried you will cancel it again and I will be delayed further

Customer services unhelpful and decided the skip couldn't be delivered despite assurances that the drop off area was large enough to access by the lorry and in fact had successfully had skips located there in the past on multiple occasions

fantastic skip dropped off time they said when full rang up for removal picked up next day on time best skip company ive used in over 40 years may be a lucky one off not sure but me 100 %

Delivered on time. Great service. Only thing that would have made it 5 stars is that it was placed very close to the drive gates making it difficult to get the large goods out of the gate. Another few feet back would of been handy.

Stevenson provided the best quote for our skip hire. Drop off was as arranged and was efficient, polite and friendly. Communications were excellent when phoned to inform collection could be made. Eventual collection was also as arranged, efficient and friendly.

Absolutely nothing to say against them - will definitely use again.

Easy to order great price quick delivery and collection!

Booked a skip for an am delivery, delivered late PM. Booked a collection for between 7am and 12pm, turned up at 2pm, despite requests for an am collection due to the skip blocking customers wheelchair access.
Avoid!

Easy online order, quick and neat delivery to the premises, good customer service, quick collection as well, fair prices.

Ordered a skip for two days. It was delivered on time and the driver was nice. However, it has now been 5 days and no one has come to collect it. I've been trying to phone the help line listed on the website and am on hold for 30+ minutes each time. Finally got through to someone who confirmed the skip would get picked up today and it is still in our driveway. If they don't collect it tomorrow the Housing association I rent from is going to remove it themselves. Awful experience, will not be using again.
