They cancelled my withdrawal 6 times...

They cancelled my withdrawal 6 times for fake reasons like my name or my iban was wrong and when eventually It was accepted i waited a whole week and still didn't receive anything and when i contact them they tell me to just wait.. i ended up loosing double the amount i had won plus they don't want pay (400 euro)

I cannot give more than this

I cannot give more than this, can be 5 stars ,but the withdrawal process it takes ages, it's unbelievable they take the deposits instantly, but you have to wait for your withdrawals days and days.
Now are passing 3 days on that my withdrawal its pending and all answer I got it's verification process. MG withdrawal should be instantly like deposits.
I will change to 4-5 stars if I receive my money ASAP, in the rest the site it's good.
Update: I received one withdrawal right after couple of hours that have been sent. But it's another one that have been sent and still not arrived into my bank account , already 6 days.
Still don't understand the way they working on transferring founds. Everything it's nice with the app, maybe I am lucky and won a good amount of money, just the withdrawal its annoying 😑.

Easy withdrawal at Starzino? Forget it.

I have been waiting for my money for 5 days. Through the chat I get all kinds of promises, but my money is not coming back. Three times I was promised an email announcing problem resolution, but never received an email. Starzino accepts your deposit very quickly, but when it comes to withdrawal, you have to fight for your own money.

Already 3 days waiting for my withdrawal and they blocked me from live chat and don't answer on mails ,
Don't lose your money here , i lost alot believe me this is scam.

If they send me my money I will update and gave more stars !

Update:
My withdrawal was €8005 , they refunded only €750 to my balance and they said you can't withdraw.
Then I asked about the rest of my money they said you won a lot and it's not possible to get you money back that's according the terms and rules.
Thus is a biggest scam I have ever seen in my life .
I am trying to contact them and they say only jokes, I can't believe what happened and I don't know what I have to do .
I hope they will gave me my money back .

Bad Support, unclear Information and pending withdrawal

I just started playing on this site a couple days ago.

The players Experince and the deposit was good but then it started to go downwards.

On the 28th in the morning i submitted my Cashout (almost 5000€). Support told me it will take up to 48 to maximum 72 hours till it is processed. After the 72 hours expired and it was still on Pending, I reached out to support in live chat.

He ensured me that quote: „Yes, your funds have been verified and you can expect them to arrive shortly. Please remain calm and patient during this process.“

2 hours later support answered to my previous email that the withdrawal is still being reviewed by the security department. I offered to provide further information if needed but you will only receive standard Copy-Paste text messages over an over again and that they cant even tell me how long it will take, since a data protection officer is working on it??.

The Withdrawal Process seems to be horrible!! I asked how is it possible that live chat tells me that it will arrive shortly and via E-Mail support they tell me that they cant even estimate how long it will take… I am speechless.

03/07/2024: still no update. It has been 5 full days already and support just keeps saying that I should wait and they can‘t tell me how long.

04/07/2024: Just got my money after 6.5 days. Very happy about that and increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars since its my biggest winning. But you guys should seriously work on your communication. I had no info and no one could tell me how long it will take after the third day.

I have made a cashout of 600,- down 330,- that's still OK for me but now I am waiting since today on a reaction for my cashout now its still on pending. One of the things what is not fair that depositing is really easy but cashout money when you win is difficult now I will wait and don't cancel it that happens to me to often because of the waiting time. Nice place to play, fast customer service, but really the withdrawal process takes ages, I'm going on the 5th day of waiting, the status it's still pending.
They said that it takes up to 48 hours be sent, but still on pending.
The withdrawal process it should be instantly, same like deposits.
For a winning of more than 7000, my account its under investigation "Your account is being additionally investigated according to the security concerns. Once it is finished, our payment team will process your request.😇"

Got scammed out of my winnings?

I won 800+ in a scatter bonus, which put my balance on over 1000. When I went to spin again I got an error message that my bet was too high (???) for that game. I was spinning with 1 euro. They deducted my balance back to 200 euros. Mind you, I had a few scatter bonusses before this that didn't win money and I did not get the error on those.

I contacted the customer support, although they are friendly I still haven't gotten any update on the issue. I feel like I got scammed out of my winnings and I would like to see it return to either my balance or bank account.

I will update this review when anything changes.

Update (20-06-2024):
Still yet to get an update from Starzino. They sent me an email a few days ago to ask me some more info about the issue, which I already provided to the agent that I reached out to in the first place. Coming up on the week mark, I wonder how long it will take.

Update (25-06-2024):
They still haven't reached out to me regarding the issue. I contacted the customer support again, but the agent did not speak english very well and did not understand the situation. Hoping to see this case resolved shortly.

Withdrawal time is een little bit too long for me, it was pending for 2 days and in that time you get tempted to roll it back.
But when the withdrawal was approved it was on my bank within 1 working day.
They have a withdrawal fee of €20 if you want to withdraw under €500.
You have to know that.
