I’ve been using Starzino for a little…

I’ve been using Starzino for a little while now. The games are fun and there’s a good variety to choose from, and I did eventually get my withdrawal processed. However, it took longer than expected and I had to sort out a few verification steps that weren’t clearly explained at first. Support was polite but slow to respond at times. Overall, it’s okay — not perfect, but not terrible either.

Repeated responses provide no resolution, only generic updates. At this stage, the delay is unreasonable and lacks transparency.

It is a false statement, I got so much proof of your lies, I don't know what is more shocking at this point, your lies , or the denials.

Anyway, I asked for all the personal data that you have from me, so I can report this and also want a full detailed report of what documents will be deleted by you.

The reason you need to delete my personal data is simple. You don't need to have it, because you are not holding on to our agreement. Therefore you asked me for all this information for no reason. Imagine being a company like starzino, first you come to an agreement without ever having the intention to commit to that and next you also steal someone's personal information, because why would you need all that if my account was once verified before it got closed?

Anyway I will report all this to local authorities and hopefully your website gets blocked... I gave you a final chance via email to solve my case, but we both know you are never going to pay.

I will keep trying to warn people for playing at your casino.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Starzino regarding a missing deposit.
On 15 January 2026, I made a €250 deposit which was successfully taken from my bank account but never credited to my Starzino account. I contacted live chat support the same day. The agent confirmed the issue and said it was escalated internally under case number T80WZB8PQU, but provided no timeframe for resolution and then abruptly closed the chat. As of now, my money has been taken, I have no access to the funds, and no refund has been processed. I also received no proactive follow-up or written confirmation explaining when or how this would be resolved. This lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable, especially for a gambling platform handling real money. Customers should not have to chase their own funds or threaten chargebacks to get answers.
Unless this is resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through my bank and relevant consumer and gambling authorities. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing money here.

As expected, all the latest reviews about Starzino are nonsense. They said you can also send a message to live support under my previous review, but when I did that, they told me they had nothing to do with the support team that responds there. According to them, none of the information matches across the different channels. So email support, live chat, and the support team on Trustpilot are all separate and have no contact with each other, which is very strange.

But besides that, I still haven’t received any response, and the refund has still not been placed in my account. It has now been a month, and they have completely stopped communicating. They pretend they are there to help you, but behind the scenes they do nothing, and they are not going to do anything either. The only thing they are doing is breaching the contract, which I will also include in the legal case. They don’t stick to their own terms or respond to emails, despite what they claim below.

FOR FULL CLARITY: THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OFFER THEIR CASINO IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES, BUT THEY DO IT ANYWAY ON PURPOSE. THEY PAY OUT VERY SLOWLY OR NOT AT ALL AND KEEP YOU WAITING WITH LIES. DO NOT PLAY HERE. GO TO A RELIABLE CASINO AND DO NOT PLAY WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
