Be aware of this scamming platform

Be aware of this scamming platform. I am sharing with you my bad experience with starzino online casino as they have blocked my acct. right after requesting withdrawal of my funds because they have limited my staking amount on sport events. After contacting the agent via live chat they informed me thar they have sent an email before which is not received neither in my spam folder and the agent has no more information. They have stolen my 377.65 euro in unfair manners, so just considering before depositing a penny you will definitely not get your winnings.
Update: after waiting 2 weeks there was no update or even a single contact from this scamming platform, finger away from this site as they will take your deposits plus winnings, shame on them.

Deleted account with all money

I was using Starzino from July of 2024. I was wining and losing, but then pay my money during that time since February of 2025, I won 8000eur there. They blocked my account and said that I violate the rules. Account with all money blocked and that is all.

Starzino heeft mij recentelijk geblokkeerd, terwijl ik nog een saldo van 10.000 euro op mijn account heb staan. Ze beschuldigen me van vals spelen, maar dit is absoluut niet waar. Ik heb altijd eerlijk gespeeld en heb bewijs dat mijn spelgedrag binnen hun richtlijnen valt. De communicatie met de klantenservice is teleurstellend en ik voel me onterecht behandeld. Ik hoop dat dit probleem snel wordt opgelost, anders zie ik me genoodzaakt verdere stappen te ondernemen.

I was recently informed that my account has been blocked due to alleged fraudulent activity. However, I want to make it clear that I have not engaged in any fraudulent, unlawful, or dishonest actions. I have always played fairly and in accordance with your terms of use.

This decision is completely unfair, and I request a detailed explanation of the specific reasons for this action, along with any evidence supporting your claims. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

THEY DON’T PAY OUT YOUR WINNINGS AND CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

I spend some money on this site, never problems. When I wanted to cash out a 500€ win, they closed my account stating that I was being fraudulent on my account. They didn’t explain more and just ignored everything I asked for. Don’t make the mistake to start gambling here, they will do everything that’s possible to NOT pay you out. They are thieves, and have no shame in doing this.
Registrates in Costa Rica, so you can’t do anything to get your money back.
I will report them, but don’t make this mistake!!
