Insane amount of problems after winning big

The only positive thing I can say about this casino for now is that their website is well-designed. Unfortunately, beyond that, my experience has been riddled with serious issues.

The problems started with my very first withdrawal. After winning big without using any bonus, I requested a withdrawal of €5,000 via bank transfer. Two days later, it was still marked as 'pending,' so I reached out to my VIP manager, who informed me that my account was undergoing additional security checks. It took a full six days before my funds were finally processed and sent.

When I made my second withdrawal request of €5,000, it was pending for two days, but then my account was suddenly blocked. I was told to contact support for further details. Upon reaching out to my VIP manager again, I was informed that my account was now under investigation for fraud.Whilst having an account balance of €86,000 and a pending withdrawal of €5,000 at that time. To make matters worse, I was told the investigation could take up to a week, with no further information available. I have not been told what I am accused of.

This entire situation has been incredibly stressful, as I have no access to my account and no clear timeline for resolution. I'm ready to proceed with legal action, as I’ve documented everything, including screenshots of my account and conversations with live support that would prove my innocence in case they try to pin something on me.

This review is subject to change in case things are resolved. However, the whole experience of having my account blocked will impact the review heavily.

I check my bonus profile for other bought bonus i saw bonus wagering stuff. I just wanna cancel it because when i gonna withdraw my money i dont want to be busy with stuff. When i cancel the bonus all money is gone. They count all money from my balance from bonus. They are scammer i can share screenshot whatever , dont play on this scam site.

The answer after 10 hours: Since you activated the bonus, the money you earned from other games is included in the bonus, and since you canceled the bonus, your money is also canceled. We cannot refund you. If I didn't beg live support 3 times at different times, they wouldn't even give me this answer. Do not enter these scam sites just to get bonuses. Instead of providing you with entertainment, they are trying to defraud you.

He also talks about the bonus conditions as if he were right, but in his "bonus policy" section, instead of mentioning that the money earned will be added to the bonus money, it mentions that the progress will be lost. It is not stated that the money will remain as a bonus. It is not shown how much money will be given up when canceling. The site is not about how to have fun, it is about how to rip you off. Don't waste your money on such places.

They do pay you the winnings!!

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews about payouts.
The website states it can take up to 2 days to be sent because its done manually and then its instant bank transfer. This is exactly how it happened for me. Waited 2 days, after 1,5 says money was sent and then I received it. Payout was for 3.8k so its not a low amount either. Amazing service fast reply from emails and instant chat service. I trust this casino.

The people that dont receive theyre withdrawals probably accepted bonusses without checking policys. If you dont accept a bonus you have nothing to worry about.
