Very quick responses to my questions. I was looking to lose 10 pounds for cosmetic reasons, I’m not obese. Good product. I had to request increases to my dosage to curb my hunger but after a few months I got there.

Highly recommend Willow! I've had a very positive experience with this company. My doctor is helpful and quick to respond. Shipping has been on time every month. I had one issue at the very beginning where I was missing one of the tablets prescribed - the client services team quickly responded and had the pharmacy send it to me within days.

Great Customer Service
I have not started a treatment with Willow yet. I have many questions and so far my experience has been great. Mallory literally responds within minutes. She has been patient with me as I have continued to have more questions. I have heard so many good things about Semaglutides, I do not need to lose a lot of weight, but I want to get to my pre-menopause weight. And I hear there are many other benefits of GLP-1's. If I make the decision to try them, I am definitely using Willow. I cannot say enough about how great Mallory has been to work with so far.

Feel like I was tricked
Not impressed at all.
When you do the initial screening they have you chose between pills or injections. What they don't tell you is that the pils are significantly less effective than the shots. Only after 3 months of not working, they recommend shots. WHY go through all that time and $$$ to end up at the beginning. I am guessing they make A LOT more money off the pills over the shots.
*** You can note the response from Willow but you can also read hundreds of people who had the same experiences I did. If they really cared about the consumer experience they would change the way that they do business

Don't think twice this is real. I was afraid of using weight loss drugs, but Willow has made the experience so easy and stress-free. The physicians are wonderful at breaking everything down, the support team is top-notch, and the outcomes are unbelievable!

Did not lose a single pound...
I had great success with Glp-1 with my wellness spa. I lost a lot of weight. I then had a major surgery due to an accident and gained most of the weight back. I tried Willow for 3 months and did not lose a pound. Not one pound. Their product is ineffective. I am upset that I spent all that money for no results, at all. Buyer Beware!
Edited. After 4 months on Willow GLP-1 (they gave me a free month after my initial review), I feel like the Willow Glp1 is STILL nowhere as effective as the Glp1 you get from a doctor or wellness center. Still did not lose a pound. Do not waste your money. Learn from those of us that did. Get it from a legit source and it will work. I will be going back to what works and for around the same price as Willow.

Willow has changed my life
Willow has changed my life , I was very fed up with my weight I could not lose any of it on my own . Willow helped me control my blood sugar levels and get rid of the food noise . The second month I started feeling the affects and I went from 188 lb to 150 lb in 4 months . Definitely recommend Willow . I had little to no side affects at all . Infact I got fuller faster which is great . I would go back on it if I wanted to lose more weight . I am finally at the weight I wanted to be thanks to Zillow

Never received product- and no refund
was charged two weeks ago, but the package was delivered to the wrong address despite my correct shipping information. The email updates have been inaccurate, stating the order is still being prepared or not yet shipped. I’ve requested a refund, but have only been told the issue is "being worked on" with no resolution.
