The doctors are amazing and responsive as is the customer service support.
Just for reference, I started in November 2024 and have lost 25 pounds—slow and steady! I started at 137 pounds and the doctor has managed my progress perfectly without anything drastic.

Since starting Willow , I’ve had to travel for work some , and they are more than helpful with my schedule on processing and shipping. everyone I’ve encountered from my assigned Dr, to the customer service representatives have been very very helpful. I feel like I am helped in a timely manner here even though you dont just pick up the phone and call ALL the communications with the staff have been pretty smooth through email and chat. Privacy issues!
So just want you all to know that they are having privacy issues. My information has been leaked and used by scammers who called telling me that Willow had changed their procedures and I needed to give them my credit card number (which I of course didn't). They had my personal information, including the medication I was on prescribed by Willow!

The process is easy, the product is good
I was prescribed oral tirzepatide with gylcine the lowest dose 2.125 mg (the rest being the glycine) and 25 units. It worked. 10lbs in 3 weeks with no effort. Also no side effects even though they did call in a prescription to my local pharmacy for Zofran just in case. They used Red Rock Pharmacy. for the tirzepatide. I would have stayed with them if it weren't more expensive than other reputable ones. I paid $399 but now you can get it for $279 at other places no matter the concentration. So that is the only reason I switched. Otherwise, I loved Willow. The place I switched to has a more burdensome process which I don't love.

I think the oral semaglutide is a scam
The oral semaglutide is a scam. I tried it for 2 months, spending $600 and literally wasting 2 months when I could have been losing weight if I had ordered Zepbound instead. I had no side effects from the oral pill, and no actual effects either. I did not lose even one pound at the lower dose or the higher dose the second month. When my husband (a physician) did some research on oral semaglutide, it said the molecule is too big to be effective orally. I also saw one review saying that someone actually took the Willow pills to a lab to be analyzed, and they weren't even what they say they are. So- if you want real results, order directly from Lily and get the FDA-approved product. Willow is cheating people out of their money with an oral pill that doesn't work. I contacted their customer service, and they responded that it could take many months for the pill to work. Are they saying that people should be okay spending $299/month for many months with no results? If that's the case, tell us that before we order the pill! The injectable terzepatide from Lily (Zepbound) worked immediately! I want my money back from Willow!

Same as all the other 1 stars. Absolutely no effect. When I said that - I was told to do the injections instead. These are absolutely placebos. Also had the same experience of them not filing out my address correctly for delivery. Don’t fall for it.

I received a quick response from all involved. Since I am on maintenance and not starting from the beginning of my weight loss journey; I was surprised my inquiry was welcomed. Several other web sites did not want to even talk about my goals as they were only willing to prescribe for starting BMI and not look at maintaining that weight lost!
