Kudos!

The most important thing for me is the honesty and the accountability of this team. It's still very early days for weight loss but I am gaining so much more than just that. I would recommend joining the Willow community to everyone!

Gaining weight on sema

I’ve been using semaglutide from start willow at increasing doses (with accompanying increasing prices) for 5 months and overall have gained 5 pounds. The doctor was very responsive but the only advice was be patient and keep ordering more. I’m not convinced I’m taking actual drug.

Food Freedom At Last!

I've been struggling with my diet for quite some time. I didn't know how to control my appetite, and my constant cravings has definitely played a huge role in my not having the body that I want. When I signed up with Willow, everything changed. I went from feeling deprived for my cravings to knowing which snakcs are healthier and not craving anything at all! I've also been feeling more confident, thanks to the community that they have and the help of their team. Will definitely keep using Willow.

The Willow team has been responsive to my questions. I also receive my medications in a timely manner and my Willow docotor has been very accomodating. When I struggled, I can always count on the team for helpful guidance.

My jaw has dropped by how terrible of…

My jaw has dropped by how terrible of an experience I’ve had with Willow. I can not believe what I’m experiencing. They just stopped my medication, refunded me (never saw a charge or refund) and told me they can no longer send me medication. I have been using them for SIX months. Then they said I have no card on file. Yet they’ve been charging it and shipping a months subscription at a time. I have a screenshot of my card ON FILE. They won’t email me back or take care of the situation. So now I have to stop the medication abruptly, even though I’m on the highest dose. They were some generic emails about a bank disputes. My card has PLENTY of money on it and my bank said they’ve not disputed anything whatsoever. Something very fishy is going on here!!

I have given them a credit card with 100k limit on it. There is no reason for them to cancel my prescription that is due.

Just wow!

NO NONSENSE

If you want to be serious about making changes for your future health with someone who'se supportive and realistic, Willow is a place to consider. Their doctors are no nonsense and knowledgeaable. You can be sure to be supported every step of the way.

Once I started the medication

Once I started the medication, my cravings dropped fast, especially late-night snacking, which was my downfall. If you’re a busy person trying to get things under control, Willow makes it doable.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Willow impressed me. The telehealth visit was professional and clear, and my provider set realistic expectations. Since starting GLP-1s, I’ve had steady weight loss, less snacking, and quick shipping/support. Seven weeks in, I’m down 12 pounds and feel more in control.

The customer service provided by…Mallory

The customer service provided by Mallory has been fantastic! I had some shipping issues with Fed Ex and they have made it right even though it was a Fed Ex issue, not Willow. And the communication all along has been great! Happy customer here!

Literally lost no weight even with my…

Literally lost no weight even with my diet change and exercising. Then their communication sucks everything is through text can’t speak to a real human. Definitely a scam and waste of my money.

I was not informed by their team that…

I was not informed by their team that the medication concentration had changed. As a result, I injected more than twice the recommended dose and became very ill, ultimately fainting. This led to significant medical bills and a canceled prepaid vacation. For this reason, I would not use this service again or recommend it to others. Medications like this can make you extremely sick when they are not managed by a physician you see in person. There is a reason the FDA does not recommend compounded medications obtained through telehealth clinics.

Great customer service and excellent communication. Quick to respond and resolve any concerns/questions. I had to delay my shipment due to travels and they quickly resolved so I would not miss a delivery. thank you to the Willow team.

Very happy with Willow!

I’ve had such a great experience from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding (thanks Mallory) and every question I had for the doctor or the team was answered quickly and with real care. Thanks to their support, I’ve reached my goal and finally lost the weight I couldn’t lose on my own. I highly recommend them to anyone on a similar journey!
