Truly Abysmal service - Zero stars given

Zero stars given - The service at the Tarpon Springs Staples location is truly abysmal. As of today, we are finished here.

During our interaction at the print center, Jennifer (Jen) was rude, condescending, curt and dismissive. When I asked for help, she refused. Her representation of your company is unfavorable.

The assistant store manager, Angelina, who in the past was approachable and helpful, dismissed my complaint about Jen. According to her, it's a self-service print center that doesn't offer assistance, and employees aren't compensated well enough to offer assistance. This response shocked my husband, who vowed to take our business elsewhere.

Become a better company, Staples.

No Contact links work

I was sent an email stating that the Order was Ready for Pick-UP. However, only part of my order was ready, and they had no way to "track" the missing item to see where it was.

This is my last purchase from this supposedly "business professional" outlet. I now have to wait for my product to show up "soon" so I can walk away from this parasite of a retail reseller.

I am fed up with Staples in Wilmington

I am fed up with Staples in Wilmington, Delaware. After years of trying to get them to credit my account with ink cartridges that I turned in and receipts for purchases made for rewards, I am finally giving up on this company. I don't know why they are still in business. I have spent at least ten tries with customer service to get them to credit my purchases and rewards to my account and each time they say it has been taken care of, but when I turn in ink cartridges or make purchases, they never, ever show up. Also, after today's visit to the store, the shelves were half empty and there was only one cashier in a busy store. They don't seem to even care. I'm done. Amazon and HP gets my business from here on out.

Customer Service

Heather at the Traverse City MI store was a real delight. She was so helpful and friendly!

On a side note, the restroom was less than desirable. Very dirty.

Great experience overall... Charlie was awesome!

It was a great experience... went to purchase a chair from your Bellingham store. Was greeted by Charlie Calcagni who was awesome, and very knowledgable. First rate customer experience... I'd go back again just to deal with Charlie again. Thank you.

After a couple of bad experiences of…

After a couple of bad experiences of ordering a product.....then having them give some lame excuse why it couldn't be delivered, I decided to never order from them again. I have called them TWICE to tell them to QUIT...SENDING ....ME....EMAILS to buy from them again.

They keep assuring me that they have taken my emails OFF their contact lists.....YET....I KEEP GETTING MORE OF THEM.!!!

Staple in garden grove blvd and harbor had short of staff and the service was very slow, i don’t understand why amazon picked them for return service, i was a first in line but still need to wait for over 20 minutes, if they don’t have enough manpower then do not do amazon return. What’s a terrible service

not real knowledgable

First of all, Asurion, the company that extends warranty is a joke. So hard to use and as so many insurance companies do, they deny, deny claims. If you do get paid claim you get credit at staples. Big mistake going there. Costco much safer and no hassle. I spent so many hours trying to get expensive Canon printer to work.....

Excellent delivery experince!

I just took advantage of Staple's sale on a ten ream box of paper and it not only arrived in just a few days, the delivery person who delivered it, delivered it with care! (It's heavy!) Great job!

they don't give a fig

had an online order today and got cancelled. called in to have them reprocess as requested in email. guess what? they are in the philippines! had to be re-routed back to stateside, additional 2 calls and 20 minutes wait. Jessica was unhelpful at best, downright useless. when we asked to speak to her super, she said i am a supervisor. so we asked to speak to her superior, no go there. the end of staples business.

I bought ear candy wireless headphones

I bought ear candy wireless headphones. The instructions were indecipherable, and they had no charger cord. I got a refund. 2days later I bought Turbotax basic for 39.95. It took me 2hours to fimd it didnt work. It would not recognize any of my personal data. The manager said they do not refund open software. I threw the package down and threatened to go higher. He gave me a refund. Don't buy these products.

Ordered 4 x 85 litre plastic storage…

Ordered 4 x 85 litre plastic storage boxes. Arrived in poorly & flimsy packaging. All 4 boxes broken and unusable. After sending pictures, asked if someone please collect today or can I put out to rubbish. Staples advised can get someone to collect by Tuesday (today is Thursday). Several email exchanges later and explaining I live in a very small flat and my disability prevents me getting round the boxes as they are huge. I have nowhere to put them out of the way and now a safety hazzard in my own home. All they do is repeat what they said earlier. Very disappointed to be lumbered with this problem. Will never use Staples again.

I needed copies to be made for my…

I needed copies to be made for my daughter’s shower and the young woman helped me. She was so helpful , courteous and patient with me. When I picked up the finish product she had a not in it thanking and went the extra mile to help me out. Her first name is Steph and she works at staples on 23rd and Oregon Ave shopping center.

I was told by an employee Syd that she wasn’t going to help me because of Covid , she doesn’t need to work in public! I waited and no one would wait on me and my friend!
