Your engineer is always prompt, very polite and very efficient. The people on the phone if I have to contact Stannah are also very friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about the product or the service.

Delighted with stairlift
Delighted with stairlift, makes life safer and easy for my mum. Helpful staff throughout. Only criticism would be having the power switch on top of the arm rest. Mum keeps leaning on it, switching it off accidentally, then wonders why it’s not working.

Efficient and Professional service
They were very efficient and arrived and completed jobs when they said they would. Everyone from the surveyor through to the carpenter and installers were all very professional and explained everything very clearly.

At last we have a smooth running…
At last we have a smooth running stairlift. We have had numerous engineers visit to rectify the fact that the lift moved unevenly but the problem was never solved until last week. Thank you to the 2 engineers who spent over 2 hours here. I am delighted to say that all is at last well. Many thanks. It was worth the wait!

Firstly Stannah is a family owned company of long standing. This is something I always look for as reputations in this instant are hard won and are jealously guarded. . From the first visit to the final installation the work was first class and the staircase itself was well engineered.
