How dare one of your female staff be rude to my husband, whilst asking for a part similar to hose lock she replied if you use an independent shop you may get something not made in China, we have used your shop for 35 years, you was rude and have no place behind a counter, shame on you. We won't use you again and as a business ourselves have brought thousands of pounds worth of goods from you. You need to be given the boot lady..

I am sorry you feel that i spoke out of hand. As a small independent shop, trading for 100 years in the village, we have seen many products over the years. Unfortunately what your husband presented me with was not something i recognised. We stock over 20,000 product lines in a relatively small area. Retail is tough - especially on the hottest day of the year. I do hope that you manage to source the part you are looking for.
