Such a sad attitude in this company.
I bought a pair of shorts the other day and today I went back to their shop in Herlev to return them again.
To my great surprise, I was told by the store manager that they could not return my money, but only provide me with a gift card.
He said it was a policy from the top and it was my own responsibility to have read this before I bought from them.
What a great policy to treat and talk to people this way.
There are several other companies alike that truly thrive on genuine customer care - just not this shop.
One thing is for sure, I’m convinced to never buy from this place again!

Returning items is impossible
The order came really fast but the shoes I ordered are a size too small and now I want to return them but I've been trying everyday for the last 3 weeks and I still can't send them back.

Delayed Delivery
I just ordered shoes from sportsworld, and despite selecting and paying extra for express delivery, my package has been delayed by two days! After ordering, the estimated date of arrival was 25 may, now it is the 27th. The time it takes for delivery, is now well into standard shipping time!! I can't believe paying extra for express delivery doesn't even get you express delivery!

Hi Daniel
Thanks for your review. Im sorry that our delivery has not been satisfying.
It seems like the order will be delivered today, when i check the tracking, so
it will still be quite faster than our standard delivery (3-7 working days).
Wish a nice day
