Prices are good.
They are unfortunately very slow at packing and sending the order! 3 days between ordering and it being sent.....that's a long time in this day and age.

Why so many bad comments??? Almost a six star experience !!! Perfect!!!!

Delivered the wrong product.
Unable to replace with the correct product so I’ll need to return and get a credit.

Be aware that delivery is approx 6-7 days to Denmark for standard delivery.
Tracking of delivery from warehouse to the first HUB in Denmark is not impressive.

The package aint moving keep waiting for registration , bad delivery estimate delivery was August 8. And im unhappy you took the money before the package is real on the way its not enough just to make the label and then not send it...

worst online shopping experience, seems like a scam. I returned my order, the return cost is 15 euros, got a confirmation of receipt, and no refund as a result. And there is no contact information on the site to get in contact with them and raise this issue

Most of the bad reviews are probably true.

As a first time customer I recently ordered something from the webshop. My order got cancelled a day after and two weeks later I have yet to receive a refund. So they literally took my money, cancelled my product and have not yet paid it back.

Last time I checked that was considered theft according to the law basically anywhere. Next step will be legal actions

I ordered a package in June but it hasn’t arrived yet. In the mail I got it said that it would arrive 28/6/2025 it’s now July and I haven’t even got an email saying that the package has been sent. I want an official update from the company. If this keeps happening then I will go to my insurance company and say that I’ve been scammed. This is not professional at all. 1-5 stars👎

If I pay almost 100kr extra for express delivery for latest to arrive the 30th and it’s doesn’t arrive (spoiler it hasn’t) I should not have to pay for it - ridiculous and scammy

I ordered several items from Denmark (SDDK50001001304804), but a few of them were completely different from what was shown on the website — either the sizing was way off or the product didn't match the description or image.

Trying to return them has been a nightmare. First of all you cant return the items in physical store. Next, there’s no email or phone number to contact customer support — only a limited FAQ and a return portal that isn’t helpful.

To make it worse, the site says I have to send each return item in a separate package. That means paying for shipping multiple times, which makes no sense and feels like a way to discourage returns altogether.

Very disappointed with the experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.

No mistakes here. I got what I wanted.

A little disappointed, payed the high price to get the goods before Friday, they send 1/4 of the ordered Friday and the rest will come Monday, not good managed.
All though the first clothes were good.

I bought some shoes on 11/6-2025 expecting to receive them on 18/6-2025, but today, 21/6-2025, I still haven't heard anything. However, they have managed to withdraw the money.

I ordered a football jersey -psg without any extra- and I received one with a print on it - Barcola 29 (not even an official print). I have not order this print, I don’t even know how this mistake can be possible… Now I am waiting to see how fast they will be this issue !

Reasonable prices therefore 4 stars. You could have gotten 5 stars but it seems like it takes too long for delivery. Ordering some items on a Thursday but only getting processed on a Monday I think it takes too long to process an order.

I received my shirt before the promised delivery time and in the expected original quality. Better price than i could find other places. Nothing to complain about.

Shirt didn’t fit normal so i wanted a return but it said i never placed this order and they don’t respond to anything!

This is my 4rd order from here. Last review was done and a bad review was given, response was they would look into better packing for pokemon products.

Recieved two aditional orders of Pokemon products, and they are still just sent in a plastic bag with a small bit of bubble wrapping. Both orders arrived with the cases bent and broken in multiple places - Can not recommend buying Pokemon products here to keep, and there's a high risk of the packs getting damaged as well, causing cards to loose its value.

Be aware before you buy - it might be cheap, but I have received 0 products worth saving in a personal collection on all 4 orders I have placed here.
