SO MANY POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT SPLAT.
So many positive things to say about Splat.
I was looking for Farrow and Ball paint, which isn’t cheap at the best of times. The price that Splat were quoting was far cheaper than a major retailer, even after taking in to account the 20% discount that the retailer was offering. As a new customer I received a further 5% discount.
I was able to buy a 5L tin of Cabbage White paint, whereas other retailers were only selling 2.5L tins.
Great communication and the order was shipped the next day, even though that was a Bank Holiday Monday. Parcel was well packaged and no dents to the tin.
Highly recommended seller. A big thank you from me.

Website and delivery fantastic, customer service not great though
Ordered a tin of farrow and ball paint as I couldn't find a sample, I am very certain that I selected flat paint but the order came through as gloss on the order confirmation screen. I called the telephone number on the website (mobile number) which went to voicemail and also sent a message via WhatsApp as instructed on the website but there was no response to this either, also I did not receive an email confirmation of my order which is something you would expect with any online purchase.
Nonetheless, the gloss paint arrived within the given time frame and was well packaged etc. It's a shame that it's no real use to me.
Splat has the potential to be great, however, my experience wasn't.

I ordered 2 tins of Farrow and ball paint by accident , I only found out when Splat phoned me and double checked! The 1 tin of paint arrived very quickly and they refunded my card. Will definitely use them again.
