I have had zero issues with SpeedX, so I’m confused by all the bad reviews and complaints about zero customer service. You can literally call them and get an agent on the line easily. I’ve had them redeliver my packages, follow my instructions and actually call me to ensure accurate delivery. The drivers have been all friendly, and accomodating as has SpeedX… I’m being serious. They might not get it right always on the first try, but they get it right after you give specific instructions. I provide my gate code and phone number and have text messages from drivers to prove they’re good with communication. The drivers always take pictures and show me they dropped the package at the correct spot AND I have had packages handed to me personally. I always feel good knowing SpeedX is delivering my stuff.

Never received package. States it has incorrect address even though it was correct. Chat bot is useless and I needed that package a week ago when it was supposed to be here. Now I'm out my money and time and will need to repurchase these items elsewhere THAT DONT USE THE STUPID SHIPPING SERVICE. I see they have been "responding" to others reviews saying that they will figure things out. Surrrreeee, just like your chat bot helping out. Guess they have AI responding to reviews too while the take everyone's packages and send them to Mars or something.

Genius, really.
Here's their playbook. Driver pulls up to an apartment building, sees a locked door, gets back in the vehicle, and marks the package "undeliverable." No attempt to use the intercom. No attempt to use the clearly labeled dial pad mounted right next to the door that exists specifically so delivery drivers can reach residents. Just a shrug and a notification that says "we tried."
They didn't try. Trying would involve pressing buttons.
This is not a one-time experience. This is the fifth time I've been through this with Speedx. Five packages. Five rounds of multiple "attempts" spaced a week apart, each one indistinguishable from the last. The pattern is so consistent it's hard to call it incompetence anymore... it starts to look like policy.
The current package has seen three "attempts" between May 23 and June 8, and somehow managed a detour to Phoenix, Arizona on June 4 (1,300 miles off course) before apparently finding its way back to Seattle for the next failed attempt. No explanation. No notification. Just a tracking update that raises more questions than I have the energy to pursue.
What passes for communication at Speedx is occasional calls or texts from what appear to be personal cell phones... no company ID, no context, just an unknown number appearing in the middle of a workday. I have no way to know if it's a driver, a scammer, or someone who found my number elsewhere. A professional courier service communicates through traceable, identifiable channels. Speedx communicates like a stranger texting from a burner.
When you reach out for help, you get a chatbot. The chatbot will inform you that you cannot update your delivery instructions... which is almost beside the point, since no set of instructions should be necessary to explain to a courier that intercoms exist. There is no human to escalate to. That appears to be by design.
Five packages. Weeks of delays. A mysterious Arizona detour. Unknown numbers. Zero accountability.
If you have any choice in the matter, choose literally anyone else.

I have a total of 5 packages that they keep saying they can’t deliver because no one is there. My delivery location doesn’t close until 8pm. These delivery attempts are at 3pm. SHEIN will direct you to speak with them but unfortunately there is literally no way to get in touch with a live person only a bot. This is the worst company ever. My only guess is that they are keeping the merchandise and giving it to their family and friends because the customers sure don’t get it. In my order history I have different couriers delivering to the same location and every single one of the other couriers had no problem delivering yet SpeedX was the only one who consistently failed to deliver on multiple occasions. If that doesn’t seem suspicious to you then I don’t know what to tell you. What I do know is o encourage you to not do business with ANY company who uses and patronizes services with SpeedX.Do not put money in their pockets because they are just going to take money from yours and ensure you never get what you ask for and you will absolutely never get a clear answer from either side. Same with SHEIN they will not hold them accountable and will direct you back to SpeedX to speak to completely bypassing you telling them that you’re unable to speak to a live person. Save your money. The clothes are cute and cheap but don’t even waste your time if they use SpeedX as a courier. Spread the word so that EVERYONE KNOWS BECAUSE I WILL BE SURE EVERY ONE IN QUEENS NYC KNOWS

One of the Worst Delivery Experiences I've Ever Had
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with SpeedX has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn other customers.
My package was repeatedly marked as "Attempted Delivery" and "No Access" even though I provided a correct address, updated delivery instructions, and specific instructions for how to reach me through my building's call box. Those instructions were acknowledged and confirmed, yet they were apparently ignored.
The most frustrating part is that nobody called me. Nobody used the call box. Nobody contacted me in any way. Yet the tracking information continued to show failed delivery attempts. How can there be multiple delivery attempts when no effort was made to actually reach the recipient?
After that, I spent days opening tickets, contacting customer support, contacting the merchant, and trying to get a straight answer from anyone. Instead of receiving a solution, I was repeatedly bounced between companies while nobody took responsibility for what happened.
Every response felt automated, generic, or designed to push the problem onto someone else. Meanwhile, I was still without the package I paid for.
As a customer, I did everything I was supposed to do. I verified my address. I updated my apartment information. I provided detailed delivery instructions. I followed up multiple times. Yet somehow the burden still ended up on me to chase down a package that should have been delivered without issue.
What makes this experience so disappointing is not just the failed delivery attempts—it's the complete lack of accountability afterward. Mistakes happen, but when customers spend days trying to get answers and nobody can provide a clear explanation or resolution, that points to a much bigger problem.
This has easily been one of the most frustrating shipping experiences I've ever dealt with. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage merchants from using SpeedX and would advise customers to be prepared for significant headaches if their package encounters any delivery issue.
Also I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED A PACKAGE WHERE TF IS MY ORDER . Your chat bot is useless you need real people for customer service I am extremely disappointed. I updated my instructions and open 3 tickets that never got responded to

I don't usually leave reviews so you know how bad it must be!! Mine "disappeared" almost as soon as they got their hands on it, I suspect theft. I don't normally accuse shipping companies of stealing cuz normally it's that items and barcodes get damaged in transit, but the timing is too suspicious. Never use them domestically and if you use ECMS internationally make sure the shipper doesn't contract them. Only company ever to "lose" my box and their customer service, if you can call it that, is a total joke!!! Trust me on this plz I have been shipping for many many years.
Edit: They've been no help sending info for a police report on whichever employee/contractor of theirs stole it, avoid at all costs!!!!

SpeedX has been one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. My package has been marked “No Access” four different times, despite clear delivery instructions stating that the apartment entrance is always unlocked and that the package should be left in the mail room. The driver ignored the instructions or falsely reported that delivery could not be completed. Four failed delivery attempts for the same reason is unacceptable.
The customer service is also nonexistent. I have contacted support multiple times and, yet no one has responded or provided any assistance. There is no accountability, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. If you value reliable delivery and customer service, avoid SpeedX!

My package is over a week late. It says there is an exception with my address and has been stuck at the same facility, but I checked multiple times that the address is correct.
Every time I try to use the chatbot, it tells me the correct address and then says it will connect me with a real person and no one ever shows up. I don't know why anyone would use this company for shipping, it's impossible to talk to a real person and get help.

I consider myself lucky because I actually do recieve most of my packages. I have had some saying unable to deliver and someone is always home. My main complaint is the manner I which my packages are delivered. I had earbuds launched from the end of my sidewalk into my door. Roughly 10 feet. I had a package thrown out the car onto my lawn after he left two on the doorstep. But the best is that half the stuff smells like weed when its delivered. . Do better .

This shipper is the WORST. The first time I ever heard of them, they delivered my package to the completely WRONG address (I could see from the picture).
Now, most recently, I had a package go to their Leominster, MA location on 5/14 and IT HASNT MOVED SINCE. I’ve opened up several tickets with them (I waited until 5/26 to start a correspondence which is past their recommended grace period of 2 business days) emailed with a rep that HASNT responded back past the initial interaction. And any time I go to their website (during business hours) and ask for a representative, no one is available. UNBELIEVABLE! Just say you lost my package so I can resolve with the company I bought it from instead of giving me the run around and ignoring tickets.
6/11 update: after I left this review, they emailed me several times trying to resolve the issue and told me they would keep me informed and keep checking the status. I checked the package again and “issue reported” at the top and “parcel disposed”. They threw away my package?!? And to try to resolve with the merchant. Who ran out of the item Speedx disposed of!!! 😡 I am so annoyed. If you can, choose a different shipper. This is ridiculous.

Two out of three times they’ve delivered my package where I cannot get to it behind my neighbors fence because the idiots don’t read directions and they don’t look at the numbers and it’s quite obvious. My numbers are on the post of my fence and they send me pictures of my neighbor’s house where they dropped it in their lockbox. I think these drivers are so dumb they should all be fired. I hate using this service. It’s absolutely a nightmare.

I ordered mats from Muddy Mats website. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Long story short my package has been sitting in a warehouse two towns over for 6 days now. Muddy mats already refunded me my shipping cost but I’d rather have my mats! And it’s not even their fault it’s SpeedXs! And there’s no way to pick up your package or to track it properly or to talk to a customer service rep. Worst shipping company ever!

SpeedX threw my parcel containing electronic components from the window of their delivery vehicle some 15 to 20 feet onto my front driveway......skeptical about installing the parts as they are most likely damaged. They asked for video footage just to appear that they would do some sort of follow up....yet the delivery "proof" they sent me clearly shows the delivery drivers widow down and my parcel lying on the pathway 20 feet away....what more proof do they need than their very own photo.....be warned, use them at your own peril.

Delivery issue; constant delivery issues have been occurring with this courier service, the likes of which have been unprecedented. The package delivery was expected to be on the later end after the initial delivery date estimate was not met and thus postponed. However, now SpeedX has claimed there to be a package issue and a 'delay in transit'. On the seller page it says the following, "The courier said they attempted to deliver your package but were unsuccessful. Please contact SpeedX for help or try to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible." However, doing so is actually not possible. I have tried to escalate the issue with their chatbot multiple times with the response always being "there is no available supervisor or live agent at this moment... Please leave an email for further contact" and so thus I did, to no avail. This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a courier and now i either have to buy a new product or wait ~20 days for either a refund or the actual delivery of my package. Terrible experience, please avoid at all costs if you can, unless if you want constant headaches.

Whenever I buy packages shipped by speed x, my package is always in some random location in my apartment building and I have to run around like a chicken w my head cut off looking for it. There is a designated spot in my building for packages, and the USPS man has NO problem finding it.idk what’s so hard for these speed x people, morons I guess.

The first order delivery was made to the wrong address, the second order delivery attempt has been delayed due to "Invalid Address". All other delivery services have been able to locate the delivery address. The delivery address is on a state highway and clearly visible from the road. SpeedX "support" is all automated AI which routes you through a circular, non-helpful or informative process and is not able to provide any useful help or information. For instance, when asked by the chatbot if I would like to update the delivery instructions, the response to the updated instructions is "I am unable to update the delivery instructions at this time, Please try again later" even after multiple attempts.
It is not possible to speak to a live CSR and the company does not respond via e-mail even after issuing a "support ticket" number.
The support chatbot is artificial but, definitely not intelligent.
UPDATE 06/08/2026:
After 5 days, I received 10 obviously automated responses/information to Six Different people from Speedx, none of which were in any way related to my tracking number or order other than being handled by the same incompetent company. Still no response from Speedx regarding MY delivery. At this point, I have very little faith that I’ll ever receive the package and hope that the vendor will honor their pledge to provide me a full refund.

This delivery company is TERRIBLE. They take forever to deliver the package and then leave the delivery in unsafe areas. The delivery destination is NY. Over the span of a week, my package has moved from NJ to NY (where it sat for 4 days). Now it is back in NJ again, with no indication of when it will be delivered. Shipper has had to issue a discount. This is the 2nd straight order. It appears that Speedx could care less whether you get your package
