Would rate 0 stars if possible. They delivered to a unit on the other side of the complex. The people who it was delivered to, were nice enough to bring it to me, but were convinced that I had their SpeedX package that they cannot find. They were getting angry at me like I stole their stuff. This company potentially put my family at risk bringing angry people to my door. What if I had to defend myself? Then what? Yall need to be shut down. On top of that, the proof picture has my package mid-air, indicating that they just threw the thing then snapped a photo. How are yall even in business?

Vinted seller - SpeedX never picked up packages from drop off point .
3 packages never got delivered and lost commission and 3 negative reviews on Vinted site, and buyers were not happy.
Totally unprofessional customer service.
Going forward will cancel anything shipped with SpeedX.

They keep "attempting to deliver" but "can't because they're unable to" but I live in a house with a front porch. Just on a regular street in New York. There is literally no reason they couldn't leave it at my door. There's also ZERO customer service or phone number or email. Should be illegal tbh.

Would give zero stars if I could. My package was out for delivery twice and they said they could not access my delivery address even though I gave very specific instructions and there is someone who expects packages working 24hrs. Speed x has not helped at all or provided an explanation. Pretty sure they are committing fraud by telling me my address is not accessible so they do not have to deliver my item. I don’t even know what facility my package is at now, either linden NJ or Burlington County.

Very bad delivery courier. One of the lowest quality and laziest delivery service I've had to deal with for my AliExpress deliveries. It's an absolute pain having to provide the instructions in EACH delivery to their dumb bot from their website. All it has done is delay every single package. Despite having a CLEAR delivery instruction on my access code in AliExpress, they ignore it. Unlike all the other couriers. The epitomy of the most inefficient business ever. I hope this company ceases.

Worst logistic company ever!! For two days my package was "Out For Delivery," then moved to "Delay in Transit" so it had never made it to my area. The chatbot is useless and although I requested support via email it never occurred. I have informed the shipper I will NEVER order from them if they use this joke of a shipping last-mile company.

Had a package shipped from California to Ohio and the seller used SpeedX who I never heard of before. The package sat in California for about a week at their depot. It finally made it to their sorting and delivery hub in Ohio and sat there for another 3 days doing nothing. FInally it said "out for delivery" but shortly after that message I received another message stating "unable to deliver - Adult signature required" . This happened 3 times and I'm home all day and a driver never showed up at my house. My NEST cameras proved that as well. They have no support except a crappy AI tool that asked me if I had the POD photo of when the package was delivered. How the heck could I have that when the package was never delivered. Total worthless company. I'm not sure how they stay in business. They have one job. Pick up a package and deliver it and they can't even do that. I now ask sites I order from not to use SpeedX. If I find out they do I order from a different vendor. Package has still not been delivered and probably never will.

Just had a package marked undeliverable because of an adult signature was required. The thing is I was home all day and no one even attempted to deliver. Rescheduled my package for 4 days later. I paid for fast shipping and now I have to wait another 4 days!? This isn't the only bad experience I've had with them. I tried support and my wait ticket time to talk to an actual person is some astronomical number. On top of that the delivery drivers are creepy and do not speak english. They will also spam call your cell phone to ask your address which so unprofessional. Avoid this delivery service at all cost. TERRIBLE and they dont care.

Status updates are all wrong and irrelevant. They're all AI Chatbot's hallucinations. Customer Support is all AI. There is no way to reach a human. Absolute trash of a company. Not sure how they are in business.
My package was scheduled for delivery - but then it suddenly wasn't due to "Last Mile Intercept" (no further explanation).

Could not get onto anyone as they were not able to deliver 3 times.
The AI bot they have on the website is shocking and was not helping at all, I ended up reaching out on linkedin and the team was able to help almost immediately.
Once I had a real person I could talk to, it was resolved in less than a week.

Taking a picture in our hallway is not proof of delivery
If they dropped it in a public hallway someone probably just stole it!
And creating a false signature is a HUGE CRIME

I ordered off of Vinted a site where you buy goods directly from the owner, second hand items. In this case it was several Barbie items for my daughters. On the day it was supposed to arrive it said “out for delivery” then it said “delay in transit” then it said “issue reported” I got zero communication from the delivery service and had to interact with their utterly useless chat bot who told me I would be contacted by a supervisor. This whole situation took over a week. I got a form letter from them saying they lost my package. Then I emailed back and they sent the same form letter. The whole company feels like one big scam. No phone number and a form letter email response is ridiculous. I have warned all other sellers not to use your service. The reason I am so upset is these items are vintage and not easily replaced and I am heartbroken.
Update: Someone named Fatin reached out and said they would “personally” look into my lost package and that they would be in touch in 24-48 hours, it’s been yet another week… this level of “customer service” is pathetic. No wonder they are getting crappy reviews. I am starting to think someone stole my package since others have experienced the same kind of issues. NEVER AGAIN!

I've been pretty tough on speedex because it recently twiced delayed a package delivery. I blocked them with vendors a few years ago because they were always messing up deliveries. However, I believe credit should be given when credit is due. They have responded sincerely to my harsh reviews on trustpilot and then delivered my order today as promised. Maybe they have changed and are trying to get better. I just want to give them the benefit of the doubt. We all deserve second chances.

after waiting a week for a package that was supposed to take 3 days according to the shipper, It was eventually out for delivery. Then it was out for delivery again the next day and the day after (a Sunday). Now its Monday and no package, no attempted delivery and no expected delivery date anymore.
Their AI 'chat' is useless. The shipper who sent the product won't issue a new product since SpeedX shows it in their system as "in transit" even though it went from out for deliver to now "issue reported" and they sent my package from my town (supposedly) to a city that is over an hour away.
If I was shipping items, I wouldn't use this joke of a service because now I'm a pissed off customer both with SpeedX as well as the merchant that chooses to use the.

First let me say. Speedx is one of the WORST shipping companies ever. The couriers are LAZY. They don't take care of the packages they have in their possession. It is ALWAYS a issue with delivery they claim packages has attempted to be delivered when cameras say differently, they also leave packages anywhere, never where they should be left.. However, I feel that Temu and Shein should be to blame also because they're the one using this HORRIBLE company. I feel us as customers have loyalty to them, but they have zero loyalty to us as people.

SpeedX claimed three early‑morning “delivery attempts” between 5–6 AM, but no driver ever came, no call or message was made, and my building is accessible 24/7. These were not real attempts — just scans. Immediately afterward, SpeedX pushed the package into return processing without giving me any chance to receive it. Support later confirmed the return and said nothing could be done.
This isn’t an isolated mistake. The Miami/Doral facility has a clear pattern of marking fake attempts and auto‑returning packages. It wastes customers’ time, causes unnecessary returns for sellers, and shows that SpeedX is not providing the delivery service they are paid to provide. Completely unreliable and should be avoided by both buyers and merchants.
Update: SpeedX later contacted me and claimed there were “three delivery attempts,” but their own timestamps show the driver scanned “out for delivery” and “failed attempt” within minutes at 5–6 AM, with no call, no visit, and a fully accessible building. They also admitted their support gave me incorrect information about the package being returned. The contradictions only reinforce the pattern of false delivery attempts at the Miami/Doral hub.
