A month after ordering my parcel and nothing arrived and no postage update. Kashan who works at specs at home helped me receive my order and gave me a full refund back. Cant praise them enough for going above and beyond. A massive shout out to Kashan

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Kashan was incredibly helpful, he double checked my prescription before starting my glasses. He kept in touch right the way through the process. I have quite poor vision and went with the 1.74 lenses. They look very neat in a metal frame and are very light weight. I will definitely use Specs at Home from now on as I feel it’s a more personal service then buying from a large company. Thanks Kashan!

Quick, simple and easy ordering of frames
My elderly uncle for whom I care, regularly sits on his glasses causing varying degree of destruction of the frames. Wonderfully, Specs at Home sell the exact frame and so suddenly it's easy to buy-in excess frames ready for the inevitable next evet. Quick, simply and affordable

The customer service and quality of frames are excellent! I have a complex prescription so there was some back and forth and all the advice and care to ensure everything was accurate made the whole experience extra special, I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone.
