We had purchased two products from Spa Store.
The first was a filter that arrived first. This has made a massive difference to our spa's filtration and the second was a hard top spa cover, that was ordered a week later. We had several phone calls to Spa store to ensure we had the correct measurements and that it would fit perfectly over our spa. Marge, the lady we were speaking with ensured that it was the right fit, by contacting the warehouse and then phoning us to let us know the exact measurements required. We love the natural cleaning products that Spa Store supply. However, $15 to receive them within the same city is exorbitant, when I received a highly fragile delivery of glasses from the other end of the island for $10 freight the same week. I contacted the company, and they promised more than once to get back to me about it, and I am still waiting for an explanation.

I find Spastore awesome! Have bought all my Poppits chemicals(great prices) and a spa cover/vacuum off these fellas ,and all delivered very promptly.Cannot recommend them enough.Great find.

When the spa shop couldn’t find the part I needed I went on line and found it from Davis pumps , great price and fast service , a big thanks from my wife and me.

The parts I required were shipped as soon as I processed the payment and arrived on time and intact.

Smooth booking process online. After order waiting for some confirmation of a dispatch. No update after 5 days waiting, so I contacted them. Was smooth sailing from then on. Would get 5 stars if kept me in the loop around expectations on order, instead it felt like it was up to me to chase things up.

Our Delivery seems to be slow these days, it takes a week to get a confirmation that it is leaving the warehouse. This does not include how long it takes to get it with the courier. In fact the courier delivered within a couple of days.
