There is no other company like them!!!
This new company is a massive difference to all of the other international musical instrument selling services. They are really the only people I would use for buying and selling from now on. Very interesting that there are no other companies that compare to them at the moment for service and buyer/seller protection.

Brilliant customer service I wish they had an app though
The seller stopped answering my messages so the sound market costumer service team tried to call him for me, they were very responsive and made sure that I don't have to worry about my payment and that they will reimburse me if the seller doesn't answer in time, I highly recommend this website, very trust worthy and great customer service , they just need an application, I think it would make the experience easier. 8/10
