Asking 4 times for a refund on items not received is totally unacceptable! Still I have not received my refund!!!

The company has no post-sales service, only an AI bot that answers both emails and the telephone. If you ask to speak to a person they put you on hold for 30 min and then disconnect. This is completely unacceptable. I have an invoice that needs to include my company tax number and there is no way to talk to anyone there... I will never order from this company again.
Update: after their reply here with indications to send another mail with a specific subject line, the company STILL HAS NOT REPLIED TO ME AFTER WEEKS...
