All great! Very happy!

I made an order online and one day after they tell me they don't have the product in stock. Apparently is not the first time this has happened and by the looks of it they didn't do anything to improve. I won't recomment this store to shop online

Ordered a bass guitar for my son-in-law on December 23rd!! (to Portugal). Still no package received. Also, no communication from Microfusa after trying to contact them through the Portuguese customer service, as well as their main customer service in Barcelona and the online chat bot. All ignored my communication. I am taking this further as I demand a full refund for the bass which has never been received.
Never again will I order through this company.

Very fast product delivery and in perfect conditions!

They list things they don't have in stock. Poor customer service in general, they apologise but deflect accountability. I lost time dealing with them and now they hold my money instead of refunding immediately. Reputation doesn't mean anything to them

I had an unprofessional experience and won't consider buying from this company again. Their online messaging service is ineffective, and they sell products not in stock at their store. Moreover, I received no email or reply notification about a delayed arrival.

bought one product in immediate download a protools perpetual and never got a link nor any answers to my mail asking for a solution.

I like almost everything about Microfusa, pricing is really good! Delivery is always on time without hassle, product variety is good, the only issue i have is that to often B-Stock items are displayed on the website only to be sold out when attempting to purchase, if an item is sold out, it should not appear on the website anymore..... That is all, otherwise it would've been 5 stars

5 stars of course, I visited the store today morning and Alberto was the one assisting me, he was informative and friendly and i had a great experience, planning to pass again tomorrow or after tomorrow to buy more stuff

Don't deliver in the 10 days (max) promised, they don't know if there will be more stock, so I've been demanding a refund for the last 2 week and they don't do it.
A month so far and holding for a product i should have received in 5-10 days.

Horrible customer service.
