Being a regular user of the very best professional recording studio headphones I am really fussy about earbuds. So many are overpriced and sound awful. Soundmagic on the contrary are excellent value for money and excellent for sound quality. Love them.

I use Apple devices and wanted a change from Beats Flex. Unfortunately these headphones don't provide more than the most basic function. I do find the earpieces fit well and sound is similar to Beats, but
no app, no way to track battery consumption and I always have to bring a second pair when biking or hiking to make sure I can get through the day.

Quality item at a Quality price!

Ordered from Canada, received the item I Ordered in less than 6 days. Shipping was reasonable, item arrived in excellent shape. Definitely a purchase I will be looking to make again from SoundMagic.

Needed some new headphones as iPhones now use usb C, so thought I’d give the E11D a whirl. They are a definite step up from anything under the £50 mark making them a bargain for the price.

My second pair of these ear buds. They sound great and the first pair lasted me for 12 years.

The sound quality was really impressive, it was clear and full. The only issue I had was that sometimes the cable would make a bit of noise when it moved around. The included mini case was a nice touch though.

Excellent sound quality.

Very pleased with my ear buds. I chose the E10's over the E11's as some reviews said they are slightly more suited to my taste in music. The sound is very good and way better than my old and more expensive set. They certainly live up to the various online reviews.

I was amazed by the sound quality these inexpensive ear buds provide. It is utterly neutral, effortless, and so transparent it's hard to pay any attention to it. I seem always to be just listening to the music -- completely unaware of the device producing it. The only thing I would like would be a bit more volume. I often turn the volume up so as to mask my tinnitus, or to cope with noisy environments, but that is a teeny, tiny annoyance at the most. Super pleased with this purchase.

Communication emails were helpful. Price was good, including a discount. Products are well designed, robust and good quality. These newer E10 come with a straight plug rather than an L-shaped one, which is not so good, and it is not obvious which is left and right.

Great product (E10) & still great value!
The Soundmagic E10’s are still my go to in ear option when paired with a Qudelix DAC. Nice fit, great cable and excellent value for money. If you lose or damage them they’re easily replaced and for sensible money.

I like the sound quality and the comfort.
As cons I can say that the overall volume is very low and since they are with internal DAC there's nothing you can do about. Also the cable is a bit stiff and always has some bends.

Shipping address was changed automatically at the moment of selecting payment option. It picked the account address associated with my credit card. Then it could not be changed, even after requesting it via email. Customer support told me to cancel the order and make a new one. Product finally arrived but sound volume of these earbuds is very low (using same mobile phone and compared to three different models of headphones). Do not recommend.
