I cannot thank Sandhiya Mohindra and the SO Resi team enough for all of their support throughout my Rent to Buy journey.
From the very beginning, Sandhiya went above and beyond to help me. As this was my first experience with a Rent to Buy scheme, everything was completely new to me, and naturally I had lots of questions. The process involved some rigorous checks and paperwork, but Sandhiya was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring every step of the way.
She always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the process, and was always available whenever I called. Having someone so knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely caring made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
Thanks to Sandhiya, I have complete confidence that I am in safe hands with both her and the wider SO Resi team. The level of customer service I received has been outstanding, and I genuinely appreciate all of the time and effort she put into helping me.

We had a very positive viewing experience with Edgar da Silva for the Ed City share ownership development. He was professional, answered all our questions thoroughly, and showed us everything in great detail. Just wanted to thank senior sales consultant Anna, she has been amazing, always takes the time to answer questions and explains everything in a way that makes sense. Through out the whole process she has given updates as to what is going on which has been very reassuring.

As a long term shared owner I have been going through the process of staircasing to 100%. Roy at SoResi has been handling the case; he has been helpful with answering queries and is always very prompt in his responses. As many shared owners will testify, processes related to shared ownership properties can often feel lengthy and more complex; however, I have been pleasantly surprised with this transaction which has been progressing at a good pace with the help of Roy and the SoResi team. I have not yet made it to completion but so far the journey has been smooth, and I am very happy with the service from Roy at SoResi.

Staircasing to 100%
After being Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing shared owners for 9 years we finally staircased to 100% in May. The process took much longer than expected, with a less than straightforward route. However, when we contacted SoResi we were always rung back promptly and with the help of Holly Moran, in particular, everything was sorted out eventually. MTVH helped us to buy our property later in life when there were few other options.
