Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

Michelle lowered one of my prescriptions from $85 per month to $5 per month through her research. She also helped me to get rides to and from my physical therapy appointments. She has been tremendous help to me and is always pleasant.

My advocate is so caring and helpful. Thank you again for pairing me with her. Our conversations are uplifting and no matter my question, Evelyn gets right to work finding the answer and helping me to know what to do. She cuts right through my confusion.

It took 3 appointments before I had my initial one. The first two, I sat there for an hour with my video on waiting and they eventually said the dr wasn’t available. I changed plans and other appointments to do those so I was pretty upset. Then i finally talked to my supposed advocate who seemed fine, she was nice, experienced in the medical field and made promises none of which have been fulfilled. I told her in the initial visit that I didn’t have phone access during the day yet she continued to call during the day. Then she said we could next but never said anything back really. Another promise with nothing. In fact she asked what she could do for me and I was like well, maybe the first things you told me you were going to do which is speed up my appointment and find me a new dr. She’s never done anything or given any information. She just says she’s there and she cares. And charging thousands to my insurance! For what?! I was so excited to have someone to help and instead it’s caused me more stress and disappointment. I could have spent my very limited time and energy on doing something for myself instead of wasting my breath. So stressful and upsetting. 😔 🤦♀️

I contacted Solace and had a conversation with a rep. Then, I was scheduled a very short phone call with a Dr.
I wasn’t aware if my insurance would cover it and I could not afford it, so I told them I wouldn’t be using their services. I was then told by email that I would be charged for the “time” spent on the phone. This cost was never mentioned in any phone calls or emails. They then proceeded to charge my insurance for over $400 dollars for two phone calls???? I was going to go ahead and try them and see if it worked for me before they did this. Now I would not want to deal with their company at all.

Summer and I had a productive talk and she is going to help me find a couple of specialists and find a car service to get there. So far we are doing well.

Besides being pleasant and efficient, my advocate, Debra, goes over and beyond to help me.

Having my advocate has changed my life. She's helping me find new providers and finding the specialists I need. I'm not as overwhelmed and I'm getting the help I need.

My case gets more complicated every single day. The wait for proper imaging and the injuries I'm left with mean my case isn't being treated. Complicated insurance policies and delayed payments are part of this complex process. I have a structured settlement using WCMSA for injuries. My insurance in this procedure uses a separate contract for MSP to manage. These entities don't communicate with each other. So patients don't have it easy.

told me it was free then i got 3 months of bills all at once. then i learned that they do bill and they refuse to provide estimates until after the service is rendered. even my advocate didn't believe they would charge me so i believe they actually lie to their own employees...scam scam scam. stay away.
