Still awaiting for the sofa I ordered 3 weeks ago where I have been told it should arrive within 1.5 to 2 weeks. No communication or update from anyone about the delivery yet.

Gordon was exceptional
Gordon was exceptional. No pushy pressure to buy, wanted to help and assist, listened to what we were looking for and helped us create exactly that. He was personable, knowledgeable and despite the ongoing IT challenges the company were having with emails, he went above and beyond to help.
The sofas were also noticeably a higher quality than a lot of the competitors - we tried what felt like 10 different stores and were very happy with our choice at Sofology.

Top sales man and excellent customer service
We were attended to by Umut. He was an outstanding sales man. He took his time to explain everything to us. His customer service skills was what made the difference in us settling to buy from sofology and not the other companies in the same vicinity.

It was only the second one I sat on in the showroom, but immediately fell in love and ordered there and then which is unusual for me as someone who usually deliberates decisions for a long time!
