Just got ordered our new sofa with the help of Tony. He was very patient and helped and offered suggestions, he allowed us to sit and get a feel for the sofa without pressure and helped measure and make sure it was the right fit for us. Would 100% recommend speaking with Tony, customer service was exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic, as my wife and I entered the store, we were meet by Joe.

He introduced himself and made my wife and I very welcome, as we were both very unsure as to what exactly we were looking for when it came to buying a sofa.

His customer service was simply outstanding, was nice and relaxed and was able to answer our questions very well.

He gave us time to discuss and we didn’t feel pressured into buying.

With help of Joe, my wife and I were able to find what we wanted and made a total spend of £1,950 in his store.

Got a bed last month from a girl called lizzie and just came back and ordered a sofa from her, she is the nicest girl I’ve come across while shopping, so much knowledge and experience on anything we’d asked, would definitely recommend dreams/sofa time and especially Lizzie

As soon as we entered the store Tanya came to greet us and gave us directions for the lift as we had a pushchair. The whole process she was great and went smoothly! Tanya gave us lots of advice and tips. She offered us beverages all throughout our visit and was very helpful! We will definitely be back in the future.

Costumer service and help received from Jeff in the Omagh store

Bought my sofa in Omagh store. Had a very good experience bought it on the sale was so impressed with quality. Was treated well in store by johnston (manger) and Karen who we bought our sofa through.

We visited the Omagh store just to browse. Jeff was really helpful and able to answer any questions we had regarding the sofas we were looking at. He was able to talk us through how the delivery/ shipping process would happen as we aren't local to the area.
Overall a pleasant experience and we look forward to the delivery of our new sofas.
