Matthew in the cresent link store was very kind he rode the lift for the first time with our lift fan son and was very helpful.

I have visited the shop twice to purchase a sofa and both times I have had the privilege to been seen by kerry both times she was absolutely amazing and the best experience to what was a big decision but kerry made me feel so comfortable and at ease and it ended in me purchasing a lovely big new sofa. He was very patient and helped and offered suggestions, he allowed us to sit and get a feel for the sofa without pressure and helped measure and make sure it was the right fit for us. He introduced himself and made my wife and I very welcome, as we were both very unsure as to what exactly we were looking for when it came to buying a sofa.

His customer service was simply outstanding, was nice and relaxed and was able to answer our questions very well.

Got a bed last month from a girl called lizzie and just came back and ordered a sofa from her, she is the nicest girl I’ve come across while shopping, so much knowledge and experience on anything we’d asked, would definitely recommend dreams/sofa time and especially Lizzie

As soon as we entered the store Tanya came to greet us and gave us directions for the lift as we had a pushchair. The whole process she was great and went smoothly! Tanya gave us lots of advice and tips. She offered us beverages all throughout our visit and was very helpful! We will definitely be back in the future.
