Incredible and exceptional everything however my package was next to obliterated I assume by customs.

Package took a few extra days, however Snusme got it shipped very very quickly even around a holiday. Overall snusme is definitely going to be my top choice now that other sites bo longer ship to the us.

Anyways all of my Cuba 43 mg pouches came in perfect condition I bought a slight 40 cans because I wasn’t certain if there’s a limit. Anyways these are the freshest pouches I’ve been able to buy, usually other sites I’ve experienced them offloading expired nonsense.

I also have always had horrible experiences with iceberg pouches (other than kiwi strawberry with slight moisture damage and the arasaka pouches mint condition) they will usually be ruined by moisture damage and the nicotine will be innefective. This has been the case on several other sites, though I cannot speak on the iceberg pouches from this specific sites but it is not snusme fault if those specific pouches came in that condition that has been my experience with that brand every time ☹️ it is not the shippers fault, my package looks like it got jumped by every FedEx worker and these pouches survived coming over here.
This was the case in my experience for iveberg all the gum flavors, dragonfruit, sour gummy 50mg and a few of the others. I literally tried all of them and outside of when I’ve bought them in Europe they always fail me.

Understand that the packaging of the nicotine manufacturer is where the failure is if you experience it. I’ve seen other reviews blaming snusme for the common conditions and issues of certain pouches.

In summary this site is amazing, they got all my pouches here in perfect condition thought the box was absolutely obliterated when he handed me the marvel aftermath of a package I thought it was all gone it was open on an entire side no tape.

Got here as described. Have ordered numerous times. If ordering in the states be prepared for a long hold sometimes in Memphis customs. Will clear in a week or so normally but in no way is this the fault of snusme. Thanks again.

Ordered two packages from Snusme. First one is still held up in a "clearance delay." The pacakage never came. The customer service regarding this package was amazing.

I ordered a second package and it arrived state-side in just a few days!!! I have ordered several times from these guys and I hope to continue to do business with them. FANTASTIC customer service and quick responses to emails.

My order was completely wrong. I ordered 43 total tins. I received 21 tins. More than half my order was not in the shipment? Where is my product or my refund?

They always ship fast and it usually only takes a week to get to me in the US. This most recent order was impacted by customs though and they seized a couple of cans for no reason. I emailed them and they got back to me in a day just asking for the order number and which products were missing and they promptly issued me a refund for the seized products. Great customer service and great products.

I really appreciate that they ship to the United States and even though I don’t like to pay for shipping, considering the distance my order traveled, I can’t complain. Also, I received my order exactly 7 days from the order date. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
