I bought an electric blanket from this company which arrived swiftly and was sensibly packaged. The card visible through the packaging said the blanket "has 9 programmable multi-heat settings to maintain a constant temperature in the bed" and "warms your bed just before you get in, and can be set to switch off before you get up". However, the instruction booklet in with the blanket said "Caution! For your comfort and safety, you should not leave your Electric Blanket switched on when you are in the Bed." This confused me, so I emailed on 4 November asking for clarification, and saying if I couldn't leave it on during the night I would need to return it for a refund. I received an autoreply saying they would be in touch within 48 hours, but by 14 November I had heard nothing further so I emailed again. That time I received no reply, so on 25 November I tried again. A reply finally arrived on 26 November, saying they couldn't find my email of 4 Nov (odd given that I got an autoreply) but they could see it in the thread (because each time I emailed again I forwarded the previous email(s)). They said the instruction changed towards the end of 2024, so I don't understand why the documents with the blanket are still so inconsistent. They assured me that the heat in the bed would be retained by the duvet, which I know is not the case. So I emailed back the same day saying I would need to return the blanket for a refund, and asking for information about how to do this because it is not on their website. Again I received no reply so I tried again on 3 December and got an autoreply saying it's their busiest time and they aim to respond within 5 working days. They responded on 9 December, when I was away from home. I was able to make the return on 16 December and I'm glad to say I got an email on 17 December to say they were processing a refund. But what a ridiculous saga! Why not put the information about how to make a return on the website, to save work and stress for everyone? And why doesn't this organisation practice good workflow management? It's not rocket science; plenty of other companies have busy periods and still manage to communicate swiftly and effectively. This whole interaction should have taken a week at most, not a month and a half. I would give no stars if I could.

I'm re-writing my previous review and increasing from a 1 to a 3 star.
Ordering was fine, the product arrived promptly, however it was stained, so I tried to return it.
It took 10 days, and attempted contact through their website Contact Us form, email, facebook, and instagram, all with no result. Eventually a poor review here triggered a response.
Now that there was contact, Snuggledown dealt with the problem to my satisfaction, sending a replacement promptly and arranging for the stained one to be returned.
The new electric under-blanket seems to work fine. It's slow to warm up, taking a good 20 mins, but I'm going to assume that's normal as I've never owned one before.

Easy to order, speedy delivery, sound packaging, and EXCELLENT pillow. Plump and soft and exactly what we wanted. I may buy another, even though we don’t need one yet.

Delivered to my old address and no recourse to stop it. Snuggledown provides no phone number and 3 messages to its email address within 1 min of clicking buy with the wrong address were not responded to. They use Yodel as delivery partner who did not allow package to be redirected or returned. So I've effectively paid for some pillows to be sent to someone I don't know and Snuggledown had no way to stop it.

This company sent the wrong item then failed to respond to either my emails or when I contacted them via their website messaging system. Their phone details are not given on either their website or Facebook page, so I had to track it down using Google. When I phoned, they offered to send the correct item AFTER I had returned the item that they had sent in error. I pointed out how dreadful this approach to their customer service was and they relented and sent the correct item. Even returning the incorrect item proved to be yet more frustration for me as the Yodal parcel system that they instructed me to use also failed. The parcel shop was unable to accept the item as their scanner was not working and they had no other way of dealing with parcels, requiring me to travel to a different parcel shop. The actual item that I ordered and eventually received is very good but the company's general approach to customer service and lack of response to emails and their own messaging system is abysmal.

Great quality electric under blanket at a reasonable price. 4 zone control gives flexibility to adjust each area heat and time. Elements are contained within a mattress topper so you don’t feel it like other types. Highly recommend

Delivery was quick but poor from driver, quilt was left on doorstep with no one ringing the bell, found it just before gping to bed.....othwrwise its a brilliant quilt and high quality, when fitted to bed i did not want to get out of bed and go to work 😁 helped me sleep so much better thanks guys i love the quilt, never knocked stars off for driver just dumong goods for porch pirates...all good in the end
I bought a Hungarian down duvet 10.5 tog and love it. It is well made with good cotton cover and no smell or feather leakage so far.
I would have awarded 5 stars but for the fact there was a problem with the initial delivery caused by the courier and then Snuggledown being rather slow to respond to my requests for help. It was resolved OK once they had picked up my emails and it was delivered immediately after that. So to their credit they did fix it.

Great mattress topper. It’s so cosy and comfortable. Fast delivery too.
Very pleased with the blanket however the mains connection to the blanket connector is different to the illustration in the instructions. Disconnecting isn’t possible without further instruction. Still waiting after three days for a response to my email to Snuggledown asking for help.
