They sent me a used or opened duvet
I have just received an expensive snuggle down duvet through Amazon. It was wrapped in a black rubbish bag. Upon inspection it looked like they had sent me a used product or one that had been previously returned. Either way I am outraged. It is just like selling someone used knickers! This is a duvet that touches the skin, how dare they send out their product in that condition.
My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM SNUGGLEDOWN.
This is one of the most distressing experiences. I am incandescent with rage at this behaviour
I wonder if this is their company practice. either way dirty, dirty experience.

Very satisfied with my purchase and price.
Ordering the electric blanket on line was easy. The description of the various products was easy to understand making it simple to choose the best one for my circumstance. The blanket arrived on the date promised well packaged. I didn't have to contact customer service about any issues.

Have never known such bad customer service. Emailed on 14th January, got the usual standard acknowledgment, said they would reply in 5 working days but nothing. Chased them on the 24th January and again standard acknowledgement saying they will reply in 5 working days. It is now the 8th February and still not had an reply from them.
