It’s been over a month

It’s been over a month, no package, no explanation. Computer generated responses to my inquiries. Waiting to see how frustrating it will be to get refunded.

Update, I received my order about 5 weeks after purchasing. They are exactly what I ordered, but the turnaround time was wacky. To small, but will keep as opposed to uncertainty in refunds or exchange window.

The order took a long time to arrive…

The order took a long time to arrive and when I asked for a response it was late in answering me, so by phone they never answered my call and when I tracked my order it was always in the same place, it never moved from there it was more for a month my order in the same place it is possible that it did not move from that place they need better that I had a negative experience with your service sorry for saying it but it's the truth

My experience was excellent, the purchase through the page was very easy, I needed to contact customer service and they responded to me, the only complaint I could have is the processing and shipping times, which are quite long but I still think that they deserve the 5 stars. 100% recommended

Legit!

The order was confirmed promptly, shipped efficiently and received in great condition, all at a decent price. Many sites sell junk or upcharge ridiculously. Sneaklaces does neither; I will definitely use this retailer again for my grandsons' sneaker obsessions!

Well Worth the Wait

This These Air Jordan 4 Retro Red Cement is absolutely fantastic, and waiting 16 days for them was no wasted time at all. The quality is superb, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Sara for her enthusiastic guidance. Top-notch all around!

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It’s been nothing but chaos with this company since I placed my 1st order in August 2023. I ordered 3 pair of shoes only 1 pair arrived in the wrong size and color. I gave them another chance in September. Same thing with 2 missing pairs. I did receive 1 pair but they were entirely too small. I requested to return a pair of shoes that were too small in the 2nd order repeatedly. Not to mention the time I had to wait for the wrong orders. They also only have email assistance and it takes 10+ days for them to respond to each message you send. They advised that the shoe I bought has sizing discrepancies (that were not disclosed on the website) their resolution for that was for me to keep the shoe (still be responsible for paying for them) and order a new pair in the right size at 50% off. After I told them how unreasonable that was, they advise I could exchange the smaller pair for a bigger size but I would be responsible for shipping cost. Unacceptable. Who ever is running this company is doing a horrible job. I’m currently waiting for a response back about my issue. I’ve shared with Sara if it’s not resolved ethically, I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I’ve advised them that I honestly feel like they are falsely advertising merchandise that they really don’t have just to rip people off. Multiple orders missing with every order I’ve placed? This company is definitely a red flag.

I payed extra for shipping to receive…

I payed extra for shipping to receive my order faster for my grandson’s birthday and after 10 days of not receiving it I was told they do not do the early shipping anymore. I then asked to be refunded the extra shipping I paid for which I have not received as yet ( been over a month) I was emailing Sara I assume is the customer service agent with the company, and all she could do and say was that she was sorry. Received my order 29 days after order date.. this was the worst still waiting for my shipping refund.

The Air Jordan 4 SB “Pine Green” quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable. However, I must mention that the shipping speed was slightly slower than expected. It took approximately 16 days for my order to arrive due to the staff advising me that the items were being shipped from an overseas warehouse to the US. Despite the slight delay in shipping, I want to emphasize the good quality of the products and the reasonable prices at this store.
