Not good at all

I purchased some boots with dream pairs(website)the same day that were delivered a place a return order because the boot where to big & long. They never got back with me in regards my return until I called. The representative was not to helpful could not understand clear because her background was too loud. This will be the first and last time I order from them they literally took away from my total almost $20! Because I have to pay for a return!!! This is crazy! I paid for shipping and that is not refundable either! Please don’t buy from this company.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Poor quality control and customer service from Dreampairs. I ordered a pair of shoes on Oct. 19th, 2025. The pair of shoes that arrived were clearly used. Inside the shoe box it even had other clothing tags that did not belong to the shoes. I reached out to customer service and THEY offered a 100% refund and that I send the shoes back.
I sent the shoes back and was waiting for my 100% refund. I followed up with customer service to get an update on the refund. I was told to be patience and it was going to be dealt with soon. After following up with customer service yet again, they told me an exchange item for the shoes was being sent instead. This was NOT what we agreed on. Customer service did not acknowledge anything about the 100% refund and was extremely unhelpful. I reached out to customer service again and was told the only way they’d be able to help me and give the refund was if I return the shoes again! It’s not fair to make the client go out of their way for the merchants mistake! I returned the shoes again and no further updates after that. Finally only after did I reach out to customer service AGAIN the refund was issued..a month later!

Due to their poor quality control from the start and even worse customer service, I will never buy or recommend buying from Dreampairs anywhere they are sold.

Avoid this brand

Edit: The company is trying to refund an old expired card. I have told them multiple times to refund my active card but they have not. They have not made any attempt to refund my correct card or PayPal. Abysmal service, how hard can it be to refund the correct card? They are aware that refunding an expired old card on my amazon will just return the funds to them.

Avoid this brand. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and received defective products. Reached out for a refund to dream pairs as I no longer have amazon and received no response or resolution for weeks. They claimed the refund was processed but it never was.

The worst fitting heels…

If I could give a zero that would describe the comfortable of their heels,I wear a 6.5 a couple of hrs later they have stretched to a 7.5, when trying to fix with fill in toe filler, or no-slip guards,nothing works,they’re the worst non-fitting,painful shoe I have ever experienced in my life.

What a discovery!

What a discovery! I have found these shoes on shein and they were way cheaper than on their website. They were delivered 3 days after ordering, straight from UK warehouse (delivered by Amazon). They are so light it feels like wearing soft slippers! Absolutely amazing dupe for over £100 Vivaia! Got two pairs, pointed black flats and two tone flat mary jane shoes. Lots kf space for toes, they are not squished inside the shoe. They are very flexible and soft. They are simple yet classy, perfect for office, school, casual outfit. Hopefully they will last long time as well!

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, received 1 pair and had to file a claim for a refund through Amazon pay, they ask me to drop our claim with Amazon pay and they would refund. Never drop a claim before they give you a refund because you lose all your rights, we didn't and they eventually refunded. They tried to rip us off but didn't succeed.

Last year I got shoes

Last year I got shoes. For my daughter wedding. It her first anniversary and was going to wear them again and one shoes is a 10 and 1 shoe is 11. I just wish I look last year. Only wore them last year for about 10 minutes. And could not wear them.

Fabulous experience

I recently bought 2 pairs of sandals from this company for the 1st time. I was slightly apprehensive about the quality I would receive at this price point but tired of spending hundreds of pounds on fancy brands only to end up never wearing the shoes because they were uncomfortable I decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did! They look so much more classy and expensive than the price would suggest and they are so comfortable, something I never thought I would say about heels. I also had a very positive interaction with their customer services when I was trying to source a pair I had seen online but could not find in the UK. Their response was personal, fast, friendly and useful. I would like to add I purchased through Amazon and never returned any items so I can’t comment on the return process but overall I will definitely bear them in mind in the future and will return. Highly recommend them!

I Worst boots I ever brought

I purchased the faux fur winter snow boots in the correct size for me. They looked good when I opened them. I could not get my foot into the boot. I tried and tried. My niece also tried and she could not get her foot in either. The top is so tight you cannot get your foot in. No postage paid returns so I threw them away.

I bought a pair of boots from Amazon they was brown knee length faux suede was 31 99 when they came I tried on and was too small I. Ordered a bigger. Size and the price went from 31.99 to 64.99 in less than a day how do you justify that ?

Lovely Fall Boots

Love, love, love. I always gravitate to this brand for my knee high fall/autumn boots. They are comfy, practical, cute, durable, and affordable. I love the flat, suede, knee-high, boots. I suggest sizing up... I wear roughly 9.5-10 but prefer an 11 with these boots. I just bought both black & brown! Def recommend.

stolen money

As you can see I got in touch with the support email and have not heard a word back, this company is a fraud and steal money from people like me who order their goods and they are not what was expected wrong size and they add another pair bloody disgraceful

MY SISTER WHO IS OLD AND A RETIRED LADY ORDERED 2 X PAIRS OF SANDALS SHE WAS CHARGED FOR 3 PAIRS EVEN THOUGH SHE SENT SEVERALS EMAILS CONFIRMING THAT SHE WAS ONLY PURCHASING 2 X PAIRS NOT "3". THEY IGNORED HER REQUESTS. 3 X PAIRS ARRIVED, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT FIT HER FEET PROPERLY, AND ALSO DO NOT LOOK THE SAME AS THE SANDALS ADVERTISED ON THE DREAM FOOTWARE WEBSITE. MY OLD SISTER HAS BEEN IGNORED. SHE HAS SENT PHOTOS BUT NOBODY HAS HAD THE COURTESY TO CONTACT HER. NOW SHE IS OUT OF POCKET AND WITH 3 X PAIRS OF SANDALS SHE CAN'T USE. I WORKED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT WAS PARAMOUNT I URGE PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT MY SISTER Yolanda Rojas
