I honestly think this is a very beautiful product. On me personally, it gave such a pretty finish — my skin looked hydrated, smooth, healthy, and very soft. You can definitely tell the formula was made with care.
For me, the only issue was that the shade wasn’t an exact match for my skin tone, and I personally hoped it would last a bit longer throughout the day. However, my daughter tried it as well and the shade matched her perfectly. It looked absolutely beautiful on her skin and blended amazingly. She also loved the finish, although we both tend to prefer something a little more long-lasting.
What truly made this experience exceptional for me was the customer service. Juice was incredibly kind, understanding, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, and her responses were so quick and thoughtful. Finding the perfect shade online can be difficult sometimes, and she handled everything with so much easy and care. So Juice thanks for your help 💞✨
The refund process was started immediately, and I received email right away, which honestly gave me so much peace of mind as a customer. Experiences like this make feel confident ordering from a company again because you know they truly stand behind their customers.
Even though the product personally isn’t the perfect fit for me, I would absolutely try other products from this company in the future because the quality and customer support were both wonderful.

Update: Genrev in customer services is brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for getting in touch and resolving my issues. The foundation may not work for me, but I can’t fault the customer services team.
Doesn’t work for me! Colour changing foundation doesn’t seem to do anything - skin looked exactly the same as it did before I put it on, only drier…
Didn’t seem to give ‘smooth, even coverage’ at all. Quite disappointing.
Also the ‘mystery free gift’ appears to be a plastic bag with the logo on it- thanks!

Good ordering facilities on website
Good ordering facilities on website - but quiet once order placed (I’m in UK) but I think they’ll update this.
After chasing, was looked after well by Shake but as I say, better they contact you first with updates!
As to product, think it’ll work better in winter as have a suntan now (yep we do have sun even in the UK!) so it’s a bit light but otherwise lovely finish and doesn’t make skin look heavy… I’m 74 (happily no-one guesses this) so if I give it a positive review then I think you can say it works!

Foundation was extremely drying, leaving a white cast on my skin, and did not colour match at all. The fragrance is also a little bit too strong. Would only seem suitable for those with oily skin, of a very fair complexion.

Waited over 60 days for a refund. Finally got it.
I tried the color correcting makeup...and it didn't work for me. Left me with a white mask. I asked to return the product for a refund, and was told in March 2026 that my refund was approved and was processed. I finally received the refund after writing a sad review. Glad to get my refund. Thanks.

I ordered the buy one, get one free Color-changing Foundation. I tried it on a friend, then my sister, and finally I tried it on myself and WOW!! Love it and it looks better the longer it's on! So I tried the Extreme Lip Plumper. It works ok, but the real compliment goes to my representative, Christine with the Smooche team. What a prompt, polite professional.
